QUAKER CITY -- Philip Finley, aged 96, died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Julia Cauliflower, here. He was born and reared in Noble county. Seven children survive. The funeral will be held at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday.

Rosemary Finley died on 13 January 2004 at Marshalltown, Marshall Co., IA, at age 86.

     Ross Albert Finley was born on 21 March 1888 at Rockport, Wood Co., WV.¹ He was the son of Albert Henry Finley and Lydia Ann Peters.¹ Ross Albert Finley married Arizona Naome Rowand, daughter of Silas Pierce Rowand and Helen Hayhurst, on 14 February 1911. Occupation: Telegraph Operator in 1920 at New Haven, Huron Co., OH.² Ross Albert Finley lived in January 1920 at 20 Dix Street, New Haven, Huron Co., OH.² Occupation: Telegraph operator. in 1930. He lived in April 1930 at Glencoe, Belmont Co., OH.³ He died on 4 October 1963 at Newark, Licking Co., OH, at age 75. She died in 1896.⁴ Savina Finley lived on 1 June 1900 at Richland Twp., Guernsey Co., OH, farming.⁴ She died on 29 June 1943 at Cambridge, Guernsey Co., OH, at age 94.
