Charles I. Fox, aged 53 years, died at 5:30 o'clock yesterday morning at St. Joseph hospital, after an illness of some 15 weeks. Death resulted from complications. Deceased, who resided at 2266 South Calhoun street, had been at the hospital about two weeks. Deceased was born at Avilla, Ind., but had resided at Fort Wayne during the last six years. He was employed in transferring the mails at the Pennsylvania station. He was a member of St. Patrick's church, of the Holy Name and Sacred Heart societies, and of the Macabees. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Amelia Fox; three daughters, and five sons. The daughters are Mrs. Alma F. McNess, of Chicago, Ill; Mrs. Marie Fechner, of Kewana, Ind., and Miss Margaret Fox, of this city. The sons are Cletus, Everett, Aloysius and Anthony, of this city; and Joseph, who is a soldier stationed at Fort Oglethorpe, Ga.
