     Mrs. E. L. Boyd, 78, sister of Mrs. Rosa Lee Moore of Kingsport, died at her home in Plattsburg, Mo., at 12:15 p.m. Friday after a long illness.
     She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward. Survivors in addition to the Kingsport sister include another sister, miss Stella Fulkerson of Plattsburg, and a brother, Abe Fulkerson, Shenandoah, Iowa. A niece, Dorothy Bach and a nephew Dan Overbay also live in Kingsport.
     Lyons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the funeral, which will be held in Plattsburg, Sunday.
