Addie Emily Allegree lived on 15 June 1880 at Linn Twp., Audrain Co., MO, farming, keeping house.2 She died on 8 February 1898 at age 39. She was buried in February 1898 at Lake Cemetery, Lamar Heights, Barton Co., MO, Findagrave #172635063. The William M. Tilford, dates illegible on headstone, also buried at Lake Cemetery, Findagrave #136707453, was probably a son of Frank and Addie who died young. DLB 2021.

The Lincoln Evening News, Thursday March 7, page 8:

"Mrs. Charles Whyman died at her home in Adams this morning at 3:15 of heart failure at the age of seventy-three years. Mrs. Whyman had been in poor health for some time, but was feeling unusually well last evening and died in the morning very suddenly, before a physician could be summoned or any assistance called in. She leaves her husband and twelve children, Messrs. F.E., O.H., C.A., V.W., O.H., W.H. and T.H. Whyman, and Mesdames L.O. Clark, J.A. Sumpter, C.C. Coffman, W.C. Gray and Miss Edith Whyman, who are widely known here and over the state. The Whyman family settled in this vicinity in the spring of 1868, and were among the most highly esteemed families of this section. Mrs. Whyman was a lady of culture and refinement and of noble qualities. The news of her death will carry sorrow to a great many devoted friends. The time for the funeral has not yet been definitively determined, but will probably occur on Friday."
