     Harmon Allison was born in September 1891 at Ottawa Co., KS.¹ He was the son of Edmond Allison and Elizabeth Hannah Pennock.

     Iva Marie Allison was born on 17 October 1894 at Illinois. She married Charles H. Pierce. Iva Marie Allison died on 14 February 1969 at Muskegon, Muskegon Co., MI, at age 74. She was buried in February 1969 at McNitt Cemetery, Conklin, Ottawa Co., MI, Findagrave #21640539.

     James Thomas Allison was born on 29 December 1910. He married Evelyn Maxine Hayworth, daughter of James Marion Hayworth and Sarah Martha Crawford. James Thomas Allison died in July 1982 at age 71. He was buried in 1982 at Corydon Cemetery, Corydon, Wayne Co., IA.

     Keith Emmanuel Allison was the son of William Wayne Allison and Margaret E. Windle. Keith Emmanuel Allison died before September 2006 per mother Margaret's obit.

     Leonard Allison was born in March 1890 at Ottawa Co., KS.¹ He was the son of Edmond Allison and Elizabeth Hannah Pennock.

     Lillie May Allison was born on 4 May 1874 at Lamar, Ottawa Co., KS. She was the daughter of Edmond Allison and Elizabeth Hannah Pennock. Lillie May Allison married Harmon Ezra Inscho on 16 November 1892. Lillie May Allison died on 11 March 1944 at age 69.

     Luther Allison married Lillian Dorothy Strother, daughter of James Finley Strother and Nettie Doris Meeker. Luther Allison was born on 20 March 1903. He died in January 1980 at age 76.

     Lydia Ann Allison was born on 6 September 1887 at Ottawa Co., KS.¹ She was the daughter of Edmond Allison and Elizabeth Hannah Pennock.

     Martha Jane Allison was born on 15 January 1873 at Ottawa Co. (probably), KS.¹ She was the daughter of Edmond Allison and Elizabeth Hannah Pennock.¹ Martha Jane Allison married Job Seymour circa 1891. Martha Jane Allison died on 2 October 1953 at Bennington, Ottawa Co., KS, at age 80

Mrs. J.W. Seymour
Martha Jane Allison, the eldest of fifteen children in the family of Edmund and Hannah Elizabeth Allison, was born January 15, 1873 on the family’s homestead farm in the Pipe Creek community east of Delphos. When Martha Jane was 14 years old, she united with the Hall Wesleyan Methodist Church.

On February 2, 1892, she was married to Mr. J.W. Seymour. Seven children, two of whom died in infancy, were born into their home. Mr. and Mrs. Seymour lived on various farms in this region the remainder of their lives. In 1902 they moved to a farm near Bennington, and then in 1929 they moved back to the Delphos community.

Mr. Seymour died on May 26, 1948. Mrs. Seymour was also preceded in death by four of her sisters. Surviving, in addition to eight brothers and two sisters, are Mrs. Seymour’s five children who grew to adulthood. They are: Leo D. Seymour of Salina; Lester F. Seymour of Niles; Neva Murphy of Mound City, Kansas; Vernon Seymour of Bennington, and Oliver Seymour of El Dorado. Additional survivors include nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Many other relatives and friends also survive, and they all join in extending their deepest sympathy to Mrs. Seymour’s immediate family in this time of her death. She will be greatly missed.

Pallbearers were Harry Ponton, C.L. Cain, Wendell Wilkins, Paul Halderson, Ben Halderson, and Lester Allison. Funeral service was held at the Fouts Funeral Home, Minneapolis, Kansas, on Monday, October 5, 1953.

Allison married Lyne Starling, son of Edmund Lyne Starling and Ann Maria Todd, on 29 April 1846 at Henderson Co., KY.¹ Mary H. Allison died on 14 February 1910 at age 83.      Mildred Allison was born circa 1904 at Beadle Co. (probably), SD.¹ She was the daughter of John Joshua Allison and Maude C. (?)¹

     Molly Allison was also known as "Polly". She was born on 24 July 1787 at Maryville, Blount Co., TN. She was the daughter of Robert Allison and Jane (?) Molly Allison married Joseph Duncan, son of Joseph Duncan and Ann Shaw, in October 1807. Molly Allison died on 28 January 1857 at Maryville, Blount Co., TN, at age 69. She was buried in 1857 at Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Greene Co., TN.

     Nancy Allison married William Russell.

     Penelope Allison married Nathan Galloway.

     Rachel Allison married Robert Thompson.

     Randall Allison was the son of William Wayne Allison and Margaret E. Windle. Randall Allison died before September 2006 per mother Margaret's obit.

     Rosetta Allison was born on 15 January 1876 at Ottawa Co. (probably), KS.¹ She was the daughter of Edmond Allison and Elizabeth Hannah Pennock.¹ Rosetta Allison married Joseph T. Bell circa 1899. Rosetta Allison died in October 1930 at age 54.

     Roy Parker Allison Jr. was born on 3 August 1931 at Kokomo, Howard Co., IN. He was the son of Roy Parker Allison Sr. and Grace Elizabeth Davidson. Roy Parker Allison Jr. married Mildred Viola Worsham, daughter of Mason Arthur Worsham and Julia Bell Jacobs, on 5 May 1956. Roy Parker Allison Jr. died on 23 June 2015 at Bellville, Austin Co., TX, at age 83

Roy P. Allison, Jr., 83, of Bellville, formerly of College Station, peacefully left this earth on Tuesday, June 23, 2015. He was born on August 3, 1931 in Kokomo, Indiana.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy P. and Grace (Davidson) Allison, wife, Mildred, son, John David and brothers Perry and Morris Allison. He is survived by his daughter Janet Allphin and husband, Don, of Bellville; step-son, Mason Newton and wife, Doris, of College Station, step-daughter, Linda Hernandez and husband, Joe, of Bryan; Grandson, Daryl Allphin and wife, April, of Huntsville, Step-grandchildren: Richard Newton and wife, Dara, of Mansfield, Robert Newton and wife, Heather, of Dripping Springs, David Newton of Houston, Melisa Bouchard and husband, Bradley of Grand Prairie, Thomas Weller and wife, Donna, of Florida, and Eddie Weller of Bryan. Great-grandchildren: Connor and Callie Allphin, Step-greatgrandchildren: Nicholas Newton, Taylor Newton, Garrett Newton, Devin Newton, Carter Newton, Macie Newton, MacKenzie Newton, Tristan Newton, Hannah Weller and Hudson Weller; a sister-in-law Clara Winder of College Station, and several nieces and nephews.

Roy spent most of his childhood in the Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Children’s Home in Knightstown, Indiana. Upon graduation, he attended Ball State University with the intent of becoming a band director. Deciding that it wasn’t for him, he chose to enlist in the Air Force and was soon sent to Texas. He soon wound up at Bryan Air Force Base, where he met “Millie” whom he married on May 5, 1956. Roy worked at Texas A & M University’s Printing Center for over 30 years.

After his retirement he spent many hours fishing at Riverside and going to garage sales with Millie. He was an avid reader, a professional photographer, and had a great love for music, particularly classical and jazz. After Millie died in 2003 and his health declined, Roy eventually moved to Bellville for his last eight years.

The family wishes to publicly thank all those who helped care for Roy in his infirm years: Josie, Bluebonnet House of College Station, Arbors of Briarwood and Colonial Belle Nursing Home of College Station, Dr. Don Bosse, the Compassionate Care Hospice and the many nurses and aides who sought to give him the best care possible. A graveside service was held at 10:00 a.m. on June 25, 2015 at College Station Cemetery. Schmidt Funeral Home of Bellville was in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to any charity of your choice.
