Word has been recieved here by Lucille Ellis, 2707 S. 7th St. of the death of her grandmother, Lucy May Seifers, 88, who died at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday at the Morre Nursing Home in Bicknell, Ind. She had lived in Terre Haute for approximately 60 years. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Belvia Hedges, Bicknell, Mrs. Margaret Wipple, no address; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Harold Seifers, formaly of Terre Haute. Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Wampler- Shaw Funeral Home at Bicknell, with burial to follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery.

She was buried in March 1973 at Highland Lawn Cemetery, Terre Haute, Vigo Co., IN, Findagrave #75928487.
