     Adelia Johnson was born on 12 March 1881 at Washington Co., IN, 1900 census shows 1880, however (a) she was not listed (not yet born) as of 4 JUN 1880, and (b) human reproductive biology does not support a healthy birth 6 months after the prior child was born. She was the daughter of Richard Mentor Johnson and Sarah Catherine Dawalt. Adelia Johnson married James Osee Fleenor, son of George Washington Fleenor and Delilah Blair, on 11 February 1899 at Washington Co., IN. Adelia Johnson died on 13 November 1932 at Crothersville, Jackson Co., IN, at age 51.

     Albert L. Johnson was born on 13 May 1887. He was the son of Levi Johnson and Mary Jane Brand. Albert L. Johnson married Edith E. Aldrup on 31 August 1911 at Aurora, Hamilton Co., NE; Ceremony by Rev. Alden Lee Hill, pastor of the Christian Church. Albert L. Johnson lived on 9 January 1920 at 803 Fifth Street, Aurora, Hamilton Co., NE, rural mail carrier.¹ He died on 8 January 1970 at age 82.      Albin Eugene Johnson was born on 15 July 1925 at Monroe, Snohomish Co., WA. He married Dorothy Ann Larimore, daughter of Melville Gilmore Larimore and Anna Irene Smith, in July 1948 at Missoula, Missoula Co., MT. Albin Eugene Johnson died on 17 November 1996 at Renton, King Co., WA, at age 71.

     Albin Robert Walfred Johnson was born on 16 September 1891 at Albert City, Buena Vista Co., IA. He married Treva Leota Paul on 15 December 1912 at Albert City, Buena Vista Co., IA, Treva and Albin were living separately as of the 1920 census, when she and their two children were living with her parents while Albin was living in Albert City. Treva Johnson remarried in 1924 at Clay County, Iowa to Lee Roy Byrne.
Note: No evidece found after his WW II draft registration, when he was unemployed and listed a Dave Johnson as his nearest point of contact. On the 1930 census he appears to have been married to a second wife, "Nellie", with no children in the household. On the 1920 census, he was living in Albert City separately from his wife and children, who were living with her parents on the farm in Fairfield Twp. DLB 2019.

     Alene Johnson was born on 23 July 1918 at Pekin, Washington Co., IN. She was the daughter of Noble C. Johnson and Daisy Piers. Alene Johnson married Leland Vaughn Anderson, son of Ulysses Perry Anderson and Bertha Fleenor, before 1945. Alene Johnson married James Allen Smith on 24 September 1949. Alene Johnson died on 23 June 2014 at Mooresville, Iredell Co., NC, at age 95 Obituary (Findagrave.com):

lene E. Smith, of Mooresville, North Carolina, was the daughter of Noble C. Johnson and Daisy Piers Johnson. Alene married James Allen Smith September 24, 1949, who died Nov. 20, 2008. She along with her husband, owned the old Johnson-Smith Insurance Agency in Salem and throughout her career also worked at several other Salem businesses and served as Washington County Treasurer for eight years.

Alene was a member of the Salem Presbyterian Church; a 1936 graduate of Salem High School; and graduated from Spencerian College in Louisville. She was an active volunteer throughout her life for various organizations including the Washington County Memorial Hospital. Alene was passionate about the care and ethical treatment of animals and was instrumental in establishing the Washington County Humane Society. She was also and active member of Tri Kappa and served as a former Washington County vice-chairperson for the Democratic Party.

She is survied by Larry Anderson of Mooresville, North Carolina; one grandson; three step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Virginia Johnson Russell.

She was buried in June 2014 at Crown Hill Cemetery, Salem, Washington Co., IN, Findagrave #131772172.

He grew up farming and served his country in the United States Army. He later worked in custodial services at the VA Hospital and for the Mt. Horeb School District. Al was known as a hardworking man and was always dependable. He worked very hard to make sure his family had everything they needed and extended his love by bringing other family members into his home. Al was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed by his family and many others.
