The residue of my household goods, furniture bedding, linens and china ware not so marked, I direct should be divided as nearly equal as the above named legatees shall be able between themselves to agree and request that they do agree upon such division and partition without debate or controversey. All of my clothing and wearing apparel of of every kind and nature, and such personal effects, jewelry, if any, books, pictures, and bricabrac, I give and bequeath to my daughter Etta Mae Iden for her own use forever.
