     Robert W. Larimore was born in 1880 at Sunbury, Delaware Co., OH. He was the son of Robert Allen Larimore and Mary Jane Cummins. Robert W. Larimore died on 1 February 1891 at Sunbury, Delaware Co., OH.

     Romet Nelson Larimore was born on 6 February 1931 at Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL. He was the son of Bert Nelson Larimore and Kathleen Emma Smith. Romet Nelson Larimore died on 8 June 1993 at age 62.

     Ronald Larimore was born on 2 November 1932 at Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL. He was the son of Bert Nelson Larimore and Kathleen Emma Smith. Ronald Larimore died on 29 November 1934 at age 2.

     Rose Celestia Larimore was born in February 1866.¹ She was the daughter of Isaac Parson Larimore and Mary Montonya. Rose Celestia Larimore married Francis Sutton, son of Samuel Sutton.

     Roy Larimore was born circa 1924 at St. Francois Co. (probably), MO.¹ He was the son of John W. Larimore and Pearl Elizabeth Robinson.¹

     Roy Elbert Larimore was born on 25 July 1897 at Grundy Co., IL. He was the son of William Edgar Larimore and Hattie E. Reed. Roy Elbert Larimore began military service on 4 May 1917 WW I, U.S. Navy, enlisted, discharged 28 AUG 1937. He married Frances Bernice Spradley, daughter of Clarence Spradley and Nellie Jane Hamby, on 18 November 1922. Roy Elbert Larimore began military service on 28 May 1942 WW II, U.S. Navy, discharged 8 oct 1945. He died on 2 June 1985 at Loma Linda VA Hospital, Loma Linda, San Bernardino Co., CA, at age 87. He was buried in June 1985 at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, Riverside Co., CA.

     Ruth I. Larimore was born on 15 February 1909 at La Plata, Macon Co., MO. She was the daughter of Clarence Larimore and Bessie Edith Whaley. Ruth I. Larimore married Dr. William V. Durden before 15 April 1940. Ruth I. Larimore lived on 15 April 1940 at Higbee, Randolph Co., MO. She died on 19 July 1968 at Rome, Lazio, Italy, at age 59.

     S. C. Larimore was born in 1891. He was the son of Timothy M. Larimore and Mary Melissa Lammey. S. C. Larimore died on 23 June 1893. He was buried in June 1893 at Fairview Cemetery, Melrose, Cherokee Co., KS, Findagrave #22678245.

     Samantha Larimore was born circa 1847 at Shelby Co. (probably), OH.¹ She was the daughter of Jeremiah C. Larimore and Ann McQuitty.¹ Samantha Larimore died before 1860 Not in the Jeremiah Larimore household in 1860 -- apparently died young.

     Samuel Larimore was born on 20 November 1815 at Three Churches, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV), or 1816, per 1900 census.¹ He was the son of William Larimore Sr. and Nancy McMann. Samuel Larimore married Julia P. Taylor on 13 July 1836 at Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL. Samuel Larimore lived on 24 August 1860 at Wayne Twp., Buchanan Co., MO, day laborer.² He and Julia P. Taylor were divorced before June 1870; record not found -- their separation may not have been made legally official. The divorce is inferred because Julia had reverted to using her maiden name when she was listed in the 1870 census at McDonough County, and Sam later remarried to Margaret Faulkner and lived until after 1900. Samuel Larimore married Margaret Faulkner. Samuel Larimore died after 26 June 1900 at Cherokee Co. (probably), KS.¹
Note: Samuel disappeared sometime in the 1870s. After his second wife Margaret Faulkner died, in order to settle the estate his children had him declared dead. A Tazewell County, Illinois death certificate dated 3 February 1879 exists. However, he was living -- he is found living with his son Timothy in Ross Twp., Cherokee County, Kansas in the 1900 census. He apparently died between that date and the 1905 Kansas census. DLB 2020.

     Samuel Larimore was born on 1 March 1865 at Buchanan Co. (probably), MO.^1,2 He was the son of Green Upshur Larimore and Elizabeth L. Weakley. Samuel Larimore lived in 1880 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, Living with grandmother Betsey Weakley.³ He lived on 4 June 1880 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, with his grandmother Weakley, attending school.³ He married Mary Stoll, daughter of Joseph H. Stoll and Mary Helene Prefrock, on 24 September 1892 at Nebraska City, Otoe Co., NE. Samuel Larimore lived on 19 June 1900 at Franklin Twp., Franklin Co., NE, farming.² He died on 3 July 1950 at Gage Co., NE, at age 85. He was buried in July 1950 at Virginia Cemetery, Virginia, Gage Co., NE, Findagrave #72725896.
Note: Samuel apparently understood his surname to be spelled "Lairmore" and all of his children used that spelling. Interesting that his cousin Robert Larimore raised a large family during the 1880's - 1910's in nearby Gage County, Nebraska, using the original "Larimore" spelling. DLB 2020.

     Samuel Larimore was born in December 1788 at Three Churches, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). He was the son of James Larimore and Susannah Barbel Bunner. Samuel Larimore married Catherine Case in 1809 at Romney, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). Samuel Larimore died on 13 January 1873 at Licking Co., OH, at age 84. He was buried in January 1873 at Homer Cemetery, Burlington Twp., Licking Co., OH.

     Samuel Larimore was born on 25 April 1810 at Three Churches, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). He was the son of Samuel Larimore and Catherine Case. Samuel Larimore married Mary Cain. Samuel Larimore died on 2 March 1879 at Tazewell Co., IL, at age 68. He was buried in March 1879 at Woodrow Cemetery, Cincinnati Twp., Tazewell Co., IL.

     Samuel Larimore was born in October 1866 at McDonough Co. (probably), IL, 1900 census shows 1864, but the year was clearly 1866. "October" as shown in 1900 is consistent with the age given as "3" in the 1870 census which was in June.¹ He was the son of James William Larimore and Minerva Jane Wright.¹ Samuel Larimore married Emma S. Beck, daughter of Jackson M. Beck and Charlotte (?), on 4 October 1888 at McDonough Co., IL.²

     Samuel Adams Larimore was born circa October 1849 at Shelby Co., OH.^2,1 He was the son of Jeremiah C. Larimore and Ann McQuitty.¹ Samuel Adams Larimore married Margaret Jane Blocher, daughter of Elizabeth A. (?), circa 1877.³ Samuel Adams Larimore lived on 1 June 1880 at Washington Twp., Mercer Co., MO, druggist.³ He died on 31 January 1896 at Benton Co., AR,

Gone Home

DIED: -- At his home 1 1/2 miles est of the city, Jan. 31, 1896, Samuel A. Larimore.

Bro. Larimore was born in Ohio July 8th, 1850. At the age of five he left Ohio and went to Iowa and remained there twelve years. During this time he received a common school education, notwithstanding the fact that he had Indians for his associates the greater part of the time.

In the year 1867 he, in company with his parents, came to Mo., and for three years conducted a farm, after which he engaged in the drug business at Plattsburg for the same length of time. Finally he sold out at Plattsburg and run a general mercantile store for his father at Mill Grove.

In the mean time he was married to Miss Maggie J. Blocher to whom have been born eight children, but only five of them with the mother remain to mourn the loss of a father and husband.

Bro. Larimore's health gave way before he left Mo., consequently he came to Bentonville, Ark., in 1891 in quest of health, but seemed to grow worse indstead of better. At last the end came, but no one could have borne up under such burdens more fairthfully than he.

One thing can be said of him, he died as he lived. He lived by faith in Jesus, and died in the arms of victory.

Mr. Larimore had only one brother, Geo. Larimore, Mill Grove, Mo., living at the time of his death and sickness, but he was not able to come to see him, on account of sickness.

Bro. Larimore's remains were intered in Oakley's Chapel Saturday, Feb. 1st, before which time a funeral service was conducted in the Chapel by the writer.

I extend thanks for Sister Larimore to her kind and generous neighbors for help and assistance in a trying hour. The Lord will surely remember you at the resurrection of the just.

To mother and children: Follow the path that he followed who has just preceeded you to the glory world, look to Him to whom he looked who has just conquered by faith and gone home to be with his Lord and yours.

NOTE: The birth date is erroneous -- Samuel Larimore is listed on the 1850 census of Turtle Creek Township, Shelby County, Ohio. As of 31 AUG 1850, he was 10/12 in age, yielding a birth date in OCT 1849.

Samuel Gilmore Larimore married Roswytha Buxton, daughter of Earl Buxton and Mary Anne Shoemaker, on 16 June 1865 at Franklin Co., OH. Samuel Gilmore Larimore lived in 1870 at Burlington Twp., Licking Co., OH.² He lived on 7 June 1880 at Mt. Vernon Street, Newark, Licking Co., OH.¹ He married Anna E. Darst, daughter of John Garlinger Darst and Elizabeth Nellie McCleary, on 26 August 1886 at Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co., PA. Samuel Gilmore Larimore died on 11 September 1916 at Butte, Jefferson Co., MT, at age 70. Cause of death: on 11 September 1916 Colon cancer. He was buried in September 1916 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Butte, Jefferson Co., MT.

     Sarah Larimore was born on 18 October 1824 at Three Churches, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). She was the daughter of William Larimore Sr. and Nancy McMann. Sarah Larimore died in infancy.

     Sarah Larimore was born in 1840 at Milford, Knox Co., OH. She was the daughter of Thomas Larimore and Jemima Huddleston. Sarah Larimore married Jackson Letts on 26 October 1862 at Ohio. Sarah Larimore died on 8 January 1893 at Owl Creek, Knox Co., OH. She was buried in January 1893 at Owl Creek Cemetery, Owl Creek, Knox Co., OH.

     Sarah Larimore was born on 29 August 1792 at Three Churches, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). She was the daughter of James Larimore and Susannah Barbel Bunner. Sarah Larimore married Joseph Hawkins, son of John Hawkins and Alice Corbin Thompson, at Hampshire Co., VA. Sarah Larimore lived on 12 September 1850 at Milford Twp., Knox Co., OH.¹ She died on 13 December 1867 at Knox Co., OH, at age 75.

     Sarah Larimore was the daughter of Joseph Larimore and Ary Warner.

     Sarah Larimore was born circa 1855 at Knox Co., OH, 1870 census p.353A. She was the daughter of Isaac Parson Larimore and Mary Montonya. Sarah Larimore was buried in 1871 at Hall Cemetery, Milford, Knox Co., OH. She died on 5 February 1871.

     Sarah A. Larimore married Martin Heisel. Sarah A. Larimore was born in September 1861 at Elm Grove Twp., Tazewell Co., IL.^1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Larimore and Eliza Jane Reed. Sarah A. Larimore married Manning Douglas Richmond on 30 September 1880 at Tazewell Co., IL. Sarah A. Larimore lived in June 1900 at Bluff Twp., Sumner Co., KS.²

     Sarah A. Larimore was born on 22 December 1862 at Illinois per Findagrave.com memorial. 1900 census shows 1863 but the earlier censuses suggest 1861 or 1862.^1,2 She was the daughter of Green Upshur Larimore and Elizabeth L. Weakley.¹ Sarah A. Larimore lived on 11 June 1880 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, nurse.³ She married Jacob Smalley, son of Stephen B. Smalley and America Jane Hampton, on 19 September 1880 at Buchanan Co., MO, six children born, four living as of the 1900 census.² Sarah A. Larimore lived on 14 June 1900 at Prindle Street, St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO.² She lived on 10 January 1920 at 5222 Barbara Street, St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, her mother, Elizabeth (Weakley) Larimore, and her daughter Myrtle (Smalley) King's family lived with her.⁴ She died on 12 May 1920 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, at age 57. She was buried in May 1920 at New King Hill Cemetery, St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, Findagrave #152504062.

     Sarah Adaline Larimore was buried at Woodrow Cemetery, Cincinnati Twp., Tazewell Co., IL. She was born on 9 July 1854 at Delavan, Tazewell Co., IL. She was the daughter of William H. H. Larimore and Elizabeth Ann Orrell. Sarah Adaline Larimore died on 12 April 1900 at age 45.

     Sarah Agnes Larimore lived at Near Fredericktown, OH (1930). She was born on 1 September 1886 at Mt. Vernon, Knox Co., OH. She was the daughter of Captain Henry Larimore and Harriet Wiggins. Sarah Agnes Larimore married John Clyde Coe on 25 September 1912.

     Sarah Alice Larimore was also known as "Alice".² She was born circa 1866 at Tazewell Co. (probably), IL.¹ She was the daughter of Francis Marion Larimore and Cordelia Vail.¹ Sarah Alice Larimore married Jabez Mann on 18 May 1882 at Tazewell Co., IL.

     Sarah Ann Larimore was born on 20 August 1834 at Union Twp., Licking Co., OH.¹ She was the daughter of James Larimore and Ann Eliza DeWald. MRS. SARAH HOWLAND

Widow of Ex-Sheriff A. T. Howland, Died Wednesday Night Near Union Station.

Mrs. Sarah Ann Howland, widow of the late ex-sheriff A. T. Howland of this county, died at the home of her brother, Mr. John Larimore, one mile west of Union Station, on Wednesday evening at 4:30 o'clock, after an illness of some time with diseases incident to advanced age, she being 70 years old at the time of her death. The deceased is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clara Jones of Marion, Ind., and one brother, Mr. John Larimore, of near Union Station, and one sister, Mrs. James W. Kirkendall of Columbus. The funeral will take place from the residence of her brother, Mr. John Larimore on Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock, and the interment will be made in the Cedar Hill cemetery.

She was buried in May 1905 at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark, Licking Co., OH, Findagrave #39523653.

     Sarah Ann Larimore was also known as "Sally". She was born on 8 March 1812 at Three Churches, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). She was the daughter of John Larimore and Deborah Temple. Sarah Ann Larimore married Solomon Simon Monnet. Sarah Ann Larimore died on 26 July 1854 at Tazewell Co., IL, at age 42. She was buried on 28 July 1854 at Woodrow Cemetery, Cincinnati Twp., Tazewell Co., IL.

Sarah Catherine Larimore married William Youst, son of Henry Youst and Caroline Troutman, circa 1855 at Licking Co., OH.¹ Sarah Catherine Larimore died on 22 August 1901 at Homer, Licking Co., OH, at age 71. She was buried in August 1901 at Homer Cemetery, Licking Co., OH.

     Sarah E. Larimore was born in October 1885 at Tazewell Co., IL.¹ She was the daughter of Francis Marion Larimore and Rachel Ann Caier.¹
