Their marriage was blessed with six children. Her husband preceded her in death December 14, 1974, followed by their eldest son, Melvin, June 1, 1975.

Announcements have just gone out revealing the marriage of Rosalie Hollida and George P. Lippincott, Jr., which took place in Martinsburg, W. Va., on June 26.
Rosalie, as you recall, has been living in this section for the past year, and has been teaching in the Oakland Manor School. However, her home is in Martinsburg, and it was there in Christ Reformed Church that the ceremony took place.
George is the son of the George P. Lippincotts, of Marlton. He is a graduate of the Westtown School, Westtown, Pa., as well as Penn State, and his bride is a graduate of the University of West Virginia.
Only members of the immediate families attended the ceremony. Margaret Lippincott, George's sister, and Mr. Gerald W. Harris, of Philadelphia, being the only attendants.
After a small reception at the home of the bride's brother, Mr. George Hollida, Mr. and Mrs. Lippincott, Jr. left on their wedding journey, but they are now at home in Bowling Green, Ohio.

George Lippincott
CAMBRIDGE -- George Lippincott of Shawnee Circle, Cambridge, a retired Kerr McGee regional manager, died Monday evening, Dec. 24, 1984 at Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge. He was 79.
Born in Marlton, N.J., he was the son of the late George P. and Narcissa Masters Lippincott.
Mr. Lippincott moved to Cambridge in 1952, where he served as president of the Dorco Fertilizer Company and later was the regional manager for the Kerr McGee Company until he retired in 1969.
In 1927, he graduated from Pennsylvania State University, where he had played on the soccer team and was named All-American.
He served as chairman for the Delmarva Council of Boy Scouts of America, was on the Dorchester Planning and Zoning Board, the Board of Directors at Dorchester General Hospital and was active in the United Fund of Dorchester. A member of the Society of Friends, he attended the Third Haven Meeting House in Easton.
He is survived [by] his wife, the former Roslie Holliday (sic), whom he married in 1931; one sister, Helen Bliss of Gainsville, Fla; one brother, Dr. John E. Lippincott of Scotland Neck, N.C., and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Third Haven Meeting House in Easton.

CAMBRIDGE -- George Lippincott of Shawnee Circle, Cambridge, a retired Kerr McGee regional manager, died Monday evening, Dec. 24, 1984 at Dorchester General Hospital in Cambridge. He was 79.
Born in Marlton, N.J., he was the son of the late George P. and Narcissa Masters Lippincott.
Mr. Lippincott moved to Cambridge in 1952, where he served as president of the Dorco Fertilizer Company and later was the regional manager for the Kerr McGee Company until he retired in 1969.

He served as chairman for the Delmarva Council of Boy Scouts of America, was on the Dorchester Planning and Zoning Board, the Board of Directors at Dorchester General Hospital and was active in the United Fund of Dorchester. A member of the Society of Friends, he attended the Third Haven Meeting House in Easton.
He is survived [by] his wife, the former Roslie Holliday (sic), whom he married in 1931; one sister, Helen Bliss of Gainsville, Fla; one brother, Dr. John E. Lippincott of Scotland Neck, N.C., and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Third Haven Meeting House in Easton.
