     Harry A. Long was born on 16 June 1915 at Guernsey Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Arthur Garfield Long and Ethel Alta Linn.¹ Harry A. Long married Elizabeth B. Stark, daughter of Otto G. Stark and Nellie Grey West, circa 1938.² Harry A. Long lived on 27 January 1959 at 1737 Hunsaker Street, Oceanside, San Diego Co., CA, Airline passenger manifest, WAL flight 794 from Mexico.

     Harry Joseph Long was born on 1 October 1914 at Erie, Erie Co., PA. He began military service Career in military service, died in service in Japan. He married Helen Irene McCoy, daughter of Harry Alonzo McCoy and Mary G. Tofall, on 4 July 1940.

The identity of Harry's parents is a guess. In 1940 he filled out the U.S. WWII Draft Cards Young Men, 1940 - 1947 (Ancestry.com) and listed Minnie Lacher as his next of kin. It turns ot that Minnie Lacher was Minnie S. (Johann) Lacher, wife of Frank X. Lacher. Minnie was still alive in 1940. The Lacher's daughter, Bertha, had been married to Harry L. Long (1891 - 1930) and later to Glen W. Carney. Bertha (Lacher) Long-Carney died in 1939. Bertha, her two husbands and her parents are all buried in Trinity Cemetery, Erie, Erie Co., Pennsylvania. Since both Bertha and Harry had died before 1940, it is my guess that Harry Joseph Long put his grandmother, Minnie Lacher down as his next of kin.

Harry Joseph Long died on 8 May 1960 at Japan at age 45.

     Harvey Long was born circa 1814 at Ohio. He married Catherine Trone, daughter of Asa Trone and Sarah Scothorn.

     Hazel Long was the daughter of Benjamin F. Long and Cora Ann Fetzer.

     Helen Long was born circa March 1918 at Guernsey or Summit Co., OH.¹ She was the daughter of Carl Wyscarver Long and Mildred Edna Van Kirk.¹

     Howard C. Long was born on 5 October 1889 at Washington Co., MD. He was the son of Isaac S. Long and Esther Estella Hagerman. Howard C. Long died on 28 May 1955 at Washington Co., MD, at age 65. He was buried in 1955 at Manor Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Tilghmanton, Washington Co., MD, Findagrave #69564156.

     Howard Daniel Long was born on 19 August 1911.¹ He was the son of Leslie Leland Long and Ora May Howard.¹

     Ida B. Long was born on 9 September 1869 at Heth Twp. (probably), Harrison Co., IN, death record shows 1870, but she was already nine months old as of the 1870 census. DLB 2018.¹ She was the daughter of Jesse L. Long and Malinda Windell.¹ Ida B. Long married (?) Vance. Ida B. Long died on 9 April 1960 at Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY, at age 90.

     Ida Naomi Long married George Washington Lain, son of James Jackson Lain and Hannah Snyder, on 23 December 1897.¹

     Ira Robert Long was born on 7 May 1898.¹ He was the son of Jacob H. Long and Jemima Miller. Ira Robert Long died in April 1982 at Stockton, San Joaquin Co., CA, at age 83.²

     Irene Ruth Long was born on 18 June 1916 at Iuka, Pratt Co., KS; daughter of Elmer Warren and Hazel Amanda (Harrell) Long.¹ She married Cleo Claude DaVault, son of Claude Samuel DaVault and Mary Myrtle Sewell. Irene Ruth Long died on 16 September 1990 at Pratt, Pratt Co., KS, at age 74

Irene R. (Long) DaVault, 74, retired school cafeteria cook, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 1990. Service 2 p.m. Wednesday, First Baptist Church.

Survivors: son, Dace, daughter, Nancy Kizzire, both of Pratt; brother, Wayne Webster of Hutchinson; sister, Margaret Patton of Pratt; four grandchildren. Memorials have been established with First Baptist Church and the Pratt Regional Medical Center special care unit. Larson Mortuary.

She was buried in November 1958 at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Corydon, Harrison Co., IN.
