Columbus Junction - The funeral services of Mrs. Harry Honts were held Monday afternoon at the Methodist church at Columbus City and were conducted by the Rev. J. O. Hall. Mrs. B. O. Roundy and Mrs. S. A. Dwinell sang with Mrs. Fay Greene as accompanist.
The pallbearers were William Randolph, Harold Graham, J. H. Rodruck, Ralph Pfeiffer, Oscar Snyder, and Chester Gabriel. The flower attendants were Mrs. Ralph Snyder, Mrs. Clara Telver and the misses Marguerite Bliven and Evelyn Lord. Burial was in the Columbus City cemetery.
Among those from a distance in attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Martin Taylor of Detroit, Mich., Mr. and Mrs. Lester Honts and family of Des Moines, Richard Honts of Davenport, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lord and daughter of Muscatine, Mrs. Clara Telver and daughter, Evelyn, of Clinton, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Pfeiffer and Mrs. Rich of Salem and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Honts of Winfield.
