Dewalt Shultz Lynn married Clara Etta Tobias, daughter of Martin Luther Tobias and Christina Claesney Peoples, circa 1905.¹ Dewalt Shultz Lynn died on 8 October 1956 at Springfield, Clark Co., OH, at age 79.

     Edward Lynn was born in 1819 at Virginia.¹ He married Theresa Ann Shields on 12 July 1842 at Allegany Co., MD. Edward Lynn lived on 27 August 1850 at District 23, Hardy Co., VA (now WV); stone mason.¹ He died before 20 July 1870.

     Elizabeth C. Lynn was also known as "Betty".¹ She was born in 1845 at Hardy Co., VA (now WV).^2,1 She was the daughter of Edward Lynn and Theresa Ann Shields.^1,2 Elizabeth C. Lynn married Branson Sylvester Miller, son of Corbin W. Miller and Amanda Fravel, on 1 February 1866 at Muskingum Co., OH.³ Elizabeth C. Lynn lived on 15 June 1880 at Nashport, Muskingum Co., OH.¹ She died in 1892 at Muskingum Co., OH. She was buried in 1892 at Irville Cemetery, Nashport, Muskingum Co., OH, Findagrave #57247163.

     Harry Leroy Lynn was born on 22 February 1910 at Fairfield, Greene Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Dewalt Shultz Lynn and Clara Etta Tobias.¹ Harry Leroy Lynn married Eleanor Mae Sise before 23 April 1940 at Clark Co. (probably), OH. Harry Leroy Lynn lived in April 1940 at 608 1/2 Woodland Avenue, Springfield, Clark Co., OH. He died on 16 June 1991 at Springfield, Clark Co., OH, at age 81 dates per SSDI.

     Jimmy Sherman Lynn was born on 20 March 1940. He was the son of Richard Carlyle Lynn and Pauline Bernice Jenkins. Jimmy Sherman Lynn began military service Vietnam War, Lt., U.S. Navy.      Richard Carlyle Lynn was born on 9 July 1915 at Bellefontaine, Logan Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Thomas William Lynne and Edna Swartz.¹ Richard Carlyle Lynn married Pauline Bernice Jenkins, daughter of Carl Cecil Jenkins and Eva Lacey Starrett, on 7 August 1937 at Indiana. Richard Carlyle Lynn died on 7 February 1998 at Lima, Allen Co., OH, at age 82. He was buried in February 1998 at Walnut Hill Cemetery, New Hampshire, Auglaize Co., OH, Find A Grave Memorial# 67720711.

     Donald G. Lynne was born on 4 July 1924 at Bellefontaine or Allen Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Thomas William Lynne and Edna Swartz.¹ Donald G. Lynne began military service on 29 March 1943 WW II, enlisted. He died on 5 December 1987 at age 63. He was buried in December 1987 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Lebanon Co., PA.
Note: A marriage record exists at Marin County, California, to a Roberta Hall/Barnard (1 AUG 1958), and also the obituary of Patricia (Iceman) (Miller) Lynne on findagrave.com states Donald G. Lynne was one of two husbands of Patricia R. Iceman who is also buried at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. It appears this was a later in life marriage for her, as her children carried the Miller surname of her first husband. Cannot validate that these marriages are to the same Donald G. Lynne, son of Edna Swartz and Thomas Lynne. DLB 2017.

     John James Lynne was born on 2 April 1931 at Allen Co. (probably), OH.¹ He was the son of Thomas William Lynne and Edna Swartz.¹ John James Lynne began military service on 2 March 1965 Vietnam War, enlisted, U.S. Army. He ended military service on 31 March 1972; Discharged. He died on 10 June 1981 at Delaware, Delaware Co., OH, at age 50. He was buried in June 1981 at Oak Grove Cemetery, Delaware, Delaware Co., OH.

     Phyllis Eileen Lynne was born on 7 March 1917 at Bellefontaine, Logan Co., OH.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas William Lynne and Edna Swartz.¹ Phyllis Eileen Lynne died on 14 February 1957 at Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 39.

     Thomas William Lynne was born on 21 September 1887 at Ohio.¹ He married Edna Swartz, daughter of Sylvester A. Swartz and Susanna Catharine Windle, circa 1911.¹ Thomas William Lynne and Edna Swartz were divorced before 6 August 1933; Edna was living with Elmer Seymour in the same house in April, 1935 and April 1940.² Thomas William Lynne died on 10 June 1952 at age 64.

     Clifford Lyon was born in April 1883 at Ohio.¹ He was the son of Dr. Hartwell W. Lyon and Marguerite Goodwin.¹

     Denell G. Lyon married James W. Benner, son of Henry M. Benner and Mary S. Price, on 11 September 1912.¹

     Forrest Franklin Lyon was born on 12 December 1897 at Illinois. He was the son of Frank Glen Lyon and Grace Ethel Fellows. Forrest Franklin Lyon married Fern Gabriella Curry, daughter of James Albert Curry and Emma Isadora Rigg, on 14 April 1935 at Ohio, Bureau Co., IL. Forrest Franklin Lyon was buried in December 1986 at Riverside Cemetery, Prophetstown, Whiteside Co., IL, Findagrave #124851578. He died on 22 December 1986 at Prophetstown, Whiteside Co., IL, at age 89.

     Frank Glen Lyon was born on 28 November 1868 at Whiteside Co., IL. He married Grace Ethel Fellows. Frank Glen Lyon died in 1949. He was buried in 1949 at Grove Hill Cemetery, Morrison, Whiteside Co., IL, Findagrave #85132002.

     Helen M. Lyon was born on 19 September 1896 at Iowa.¹ She married John Merton Tidman circa 1917.¹ Helen M. Lyon died on 21 May 1985 at age 88. She was buried in May 1985 at Union Cemetery, Iowa Falls, Hardin Co., IA, Findagrave #133721212.

     Jessie Lyon was born circa 1866 at Kansas.¹ She was the daughter of Gen. Joseph Lyon and Lucy C. Ketner.¹

     John W. Lyon was born circa 1883. He married Eleanor R. Roberts, daughter of William Lorman Roberts and Rosamond Ridgeway Passano, in 1916.

     Joseph Lyon was born in March 1870 at St. Louis, MO.¹ He was the son of Gen. Joseph Lyon and Lucy C. Ketner.¹

     Gen. Joseph Lyon was born in June 1842 at New York.¹ He married Lucy C. Ketner, daughter of Jacob Ketner and Caroline Gilmore, circa 1862, 1900 census info says 4 children born, 3 living -- the "4" appears to be an error. 1910 census info says 5 children born, 3 living. Son Joseph, born about March, 1870 at St. Louis, was not in the family in 1880 -- he appears to be one who died young. Son Hartwell cannot be found in the 1910 census. DLB 2010.¹ Gen. Joseph Lyon died after 1900.

     Lottie Lyon was born circa 1868 at Kansas.¹ She was the daughter of Gen. Joseph Lyon and Lucy C. Ketner.¹

     Mary Matilda Lyon was born on 5 January 1858 at Washington Co. (probably), TN.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. Samuel E. Lyon M.D. and Nancy Jane Duncan.¹ Mary Matilda Lyon married David Bruce Rankin, son of Col. Robert L. S. Rankin and Louisa DaVault, after 1883. Mary Matilda Lyon died on 6 May 1928 at Washington Co., TN, at age 70. She was buried in May 1928 at Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Leesburg, Washington Co., TN.

     Pierson C. Lyon was born in January 1872 at Kansas.¹ He was the son of Gen. Joseph Lyon and Lucy C. Ketner.¹

     Dr. Samuel E. Lyon M.D. was born on 9 February 1816 at Tennessee.¹ He married Nancy Jane Duncan, daughter of Joseph Duncan and Molly Allison, on 2 September 1851 at Washington Co., TN.¹ Dr. Samuel E. Lyon M.D. died on 23 November 1887 at age 71.

     Saul P. Lyon was born in February 1845 at Virginia.² He was the son of Stephen Lyon and Juda (?)¹ Saul P. Lyon married Olive Kirkendall, daughter of James William Kirkendall and Delilah Gilmore, circa 1877.² Saul P. Lyon died circa 1910.

     Stephen Lyon was born circa 1818 at North Carolina.¹ He married Juda (?).¹

     Thomas Lyon lived at Stamford, Fairfield Co., CT. He married Martha Johanna Winthrop, daughter of Henry Winthrop and Elizabeth Fones, in June 1647.
