CRYSTAL LAKE – Jerrius L. May, of Crystal Lake, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013.

He was born May 30, 1954.

He was the beloved husband of Cheryl; loving father of Tiffany (Michael) Maciejewski and Adam (Heather) May; stepfather of Renee Sinner and Craig Nelson; cherished grandfather of Alexa, Mia, Kayla, Gavin, Madeline and Mason; dear brother of Eugene, Starla, Kenneth, Glenice, LaDawn, Linda and Norman; and uncle and granduncle of many.

The visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 3, at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Cremation, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery.

She married Loyal Eugene Curry, son of Warren Reilly Curry and Laura Katherine Nuelle; other husbands' surnames were Zmucka, Schwarz, Steinhurst, and Wackler. No evidence of children found. DLB 2022. Joan Elaine May and Loyal Eugene Curry were divorced on 9 January 1974 at Broward Co., FL. Joan Elaine May died on 11 February 2006 at Las Vegas, Clark Co., NV, at age 66.

     Joseph May married Barbara Hoffman, daughter of John George Hoffman and Catherine Ingle.

     Lucinda May was born circa 1807 at Kentucky.¹ She married Robert Denny on 11 June 1829 at Washington Co., IN.

     Mary May married Benjamin Brumbaugh.¹

     Minerva May was born in 1850 at Indiana.¹ She was the daughter of Robert May and Nancy Jane Arms.¹ Minerva May married Sylvester Klepinger, son of David B. Klepinger and Harriet Burch, on 22 February 1872 at White Co., IN.

     Nancy Jane May was born on 5 October 1917 at Pikeville, Pike Co., KY. She married Willie P. Smith. Nancy Jane May died on 23 May 2011 at Canal Winchester, Fairfield Co., OH, at age 93.      Phyllis Eleanor May was born on 28 January 1916 at Decatur, Macon Co., IL. She married Herbert Leroy Sarver on 27 November 1931 at Terre Haute, Vigo Co., IN. Phyllis Eleanor May died on 25 November 1952 at St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur, Macon Co., IL, at age 36.      Sarah Jane May was born in November 1854 at North Carolina.¹ She was the daughter of Hezekiah May and Julia Ann Andrew. Sarah Jane May married Sidney Alexander Boon, son of William Boon and Elizabeth Ingle, on 27 February 1873 at Alamance Co., NC.¹

     Theresa K. May was born on 8 March 1895 at Illinois.¹ She married Alfred J. LaFleur.¹ Theresa K. May died on 10 February 1989 at Florida at age 93. She was buried in February 1989 at Riverside Cemetery, Montgomery, Kane Co., IL.

     Thomas May married Ann (?).¹

     Alice B. Mayberry was born on 23 June 1920. She married Lewis Bethuel Lovell, son of Henry Robert Lovell and Grace Pearl Bever, on 13 August 1961 at Imperial Co., CA. Alice B. Mayberry died on 9 June 1997 at age 76. She was buried in June 1997 at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Phoenix, Maricopa Co., AZ, Findagrave #930530.

     Alta Mayer was born on 14 November 1898.¹ She was the daughter of Jacob Mayer and Martha Hiberger. Alta Mayer married Max M. Barnhizer, son of George W. Barnhizer and Nannie I. Miller, on 18 February 1918.¹

     George Martin Mayer was born on 14 January 1882 at Ohio.¹ He married Emma Jane Rauschenberg on 8 September 1903 at Mercer Co., PA.¹ George Martin Mayer lived on 6 January 1920 at 113 Garfield Street, Youngstown, Mahoning Co., OH, automobile painter.¹ He died after January 1952 George survived his wife Emma, who died 23 JAN 1952 at Palm Beach, FL.      Robert Ernest Mayer was born on 8 December 1923 at Cuyahoga Co., OH; son of Ernest and Edith L. (Schoenhoff) Mayer. He began military service U.S. Army service, Capt. He married Jeanne Aileen Long, daughter of Dalton Ross Long and Letha May Larimore. Robert Ernest Mayer died on 20 January 2010 at age 86.      Robert George Mayer was born on 25 October 1916 at Youngstown, Mahoning Co., OH. He was the son of George Martin Mayer and Emma Jane Rauschenberg.¹ Robert George Mayer married Jane Louise Orr, daughter of Harry Henderson Orr and Effa Azalia Roller, Robert remarried to Mabel Hall Frampton on 4 MAY 1971, Trumbull Co., OH. Robert George Mayer died on 13 November 1972 at Youngstown, Mahoning Co., OH, at age 56.

     Warren Carl Mayer was born on 11 December 1924 at Hamilton, Butler Co., OH. He was the son of John Martin Mayer and Katherine Elizabeth Palfy. Warren Carl Mayer began military service on 30 December 1942 WW II service, U.S. Navy, discharged 10 MAR 1946. He married Carol Mae Sizemore, daughter of Arthur Chester Sizemore and Mary C. Lacey, on 17 April 1953 at Butler Co., OH. Warren Carl Mayer died on 16 August 1976 at Hamilton, Butler Co., OH, at age 51

Warren C. Mayer, 51, 1144 Shuler Ave., died Monday at 4:20 a.m. at Mercy Hospital.
Born in Hamilton, he was a son of John and Katherine Finn Mayer. He married Carol Sizemore in 1951.
Mr. Mayer had been employed by the Millillo Distributing Co. for 30 years. He was a member of the Teamsters local 100 and the St. Veronica Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife; his mother, Mrs. Katherine Mayer, Hamilton; three sons, Warren C. Mayer II, John Mayer, Steven Mayer, all of Hamilton; four daughters, Mrs. Richard (Roxanne) McGee, Hamilton, Katherine Mayer, Gene Mayer, Jenny Lynn Mayer, all at home; four brothers, Jay Michael Mayer, Millville, John Mayer, Oxford, Martin Mayer, Thomas Mayer, both of Hamilton; one sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Irene) Brown, Hamilton; three grandchildren.

Miss Margaret E. Mayers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence E. Mayers, Littlestown R. 1, became the bride of George L. DeVed, Baltimore, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George C. DeVed, at a double ring ceremony on Sunday afternoon in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Littlestown. The pastor, Rev. David S. Kammerer, officiated. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mayers, Littlestown, brother and sister-in-law of the bride.

The bride was attired in a dress of white nylon lace over net with white accessories. She wore a white rosebud corsage and her only jewelry was a single strand of pearls, a gift of the bridegroom. Mrs. Mayers wore a pink lace dress with white accessories and a corsage of white rosebuds.

Mrs. DeVed is a graduate of the Tanneytown High School and the Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing, Baltimore. Mr. DeVed is a Baltimore business man. At the conclusion of an extended wedding trip the couple will reside in an apartment at 408 Edsdale Road, Baltimore.

     William Turner Mayes was born on 27 January 1925 at Whittier, Los Angeles Co., CA. He was the son of William Harold Mayes and Edna Belle Turner. William Turner Mayes died on 4 September 1985 at Pompano Beach, Broward Co., FL, at age 60.

     Mayes died circa January 1951 stillborn. He was born circa January 1951. He was the son of William Turner Mayes.
