--Mrs. Alberta McGee Trickett, widow of Harmon F. Trickett, died Saturday in her home on the Grafton Rd. at the age of 88. A native of Monongalia Co., she was born May 28, 1871, the d/o the late John and Emily Miller McGee. She leaves seven daughters, Mrs. Mary Bell of Zanesville, O., Mrs. Mae Reese of Leesburg, Ind., Mrs. Blanche Hutchinson of Washington, D. C., Mrs. Nell Marple of Columbus, O., Mrs. Grace Foster of Ringgold, Mrs. Geneva Mathew of Uffington and Mrs. Inez McGonigal of Grafton Rd; three sons, Jud Trickett of Douglas, Az., Russell and Crate Trickett, both of Uffington.

She was buried in February 1958 at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Morgantown, Monongalia Co., WV, Findagrave #142884737.

He began military service WW II service, U.S. Army, Pacific Theater, was held POW for 3 1/2 years and was disabled as a result. He married Elizabeth Frances McGinnity. James Francis McGee died on 20 January 1993 at St. Agnes Hospital, Baltimore, MD, at age 74

James Francis McGee, 74, of Westminster, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1993, at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, following a brief illness.

Born Nov. 7, 1918 in Bartlesville, Okia., he was the son of the late Francis Leo and Loretta McGinity McGee. He was the husband of Bonnie B. McGee. He was predeceased by his first wife, Betty Elizabeth McGee and sons Terrance and George J. McGee.

He retired from the State of Maryland, where he worked in the Right-of-Way department He was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in the Pacific with the 37th Division, where he was a prisoner of war for 3 1/2 years, a disabled American veteran. He was a lifelong member of the Westminster Elks Lodge No. 2277, the VFW Molleville Post No. 467, American. Legion Carroll Post No. 31, and the American Defenders of Bataan-Corregidor. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, the Loyola College Alumni Association and St. John Catholic Church.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children Brigid Willinger, Mary Claire Wheelock, Michael McGee, James McGee II, Patrick McGee, and Peter McGee, all of Baltimore, and Dennis McGee of Virginia; stepchildren Frederick Foley of Severna Park, Doree Bryant of Boca Raton, Fla; sister Betty Pierce of Sedona, Ariz; 11 grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St. Westminster, with the Rev. David Pietropaoli as celebrant. Interment will be in Westminster Cemetery.

Mary M (McGill) Sievers of Valparaiso, IN, passed away peacefully at age 84 on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the Arthur B. and Ethel V. Horton VNA Hospice Center, Valparaiso, IN.

She was born in Valparaiso on October 10, 1923 to the late Charles Skinner and Mary Crosby McGill.

Molly was a lifelong resident of Valparaiso. She attended Valparaiso High School, the University of Michigan and graduated from Valparaiso University.

Molly was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Valparaiso, Alpha Chi Omega Sorority, Tri Kappa, Valparaiso Country Club and a member and supporter of the Valparaiso Family YMCA.
On October 7, 1944, Molly married Stanley H. Christian, who preceded her in death on April 18, 1987. She married John F. Sievers, who survives. Also surviving; son, Charles (Kathy) Christian; daughter Susan (Jon) Fraley; step children; Elizabeth (Jeff) Bartholomew and James Sievers; brother, James (Joanna) McGill all of Valparaiso; granddaughter Kathleen (Dan) Britain of Suwanee, GA, Kelly (Tim) Kay of Valparaiso, Kara Christian of Gaston, IN, Mary V. Steele of Austin, TX, Sarah (Bart) Nijhof of Voorburg, Netherlands and Elisabeth Christian of Albuquerque, NM. Step-grandchildren; Kyle and Brian Bartholomew of Valparaiso, Jonathan (Jennifer) Fraley of Valparaiso and Hannah (Jonathan) Bell of Wendell, NC. Five great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Tuesday, May 6, 2007, from 9am to 11am with an 11am funeral service at Dykes Funeral Home, 2305 No Campbell St., Valparaiso, IN with Rev John J. Santoro officiating. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso, IN.

CARL D. McGINNIS Jr., 52, of Donnelsville, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2009.

He was born December 27, 1956 in Springfield, the son of Carl D. Sr. and Jean (Smith) McGinnis.

Carl was very proud of his family and adored his children, grandchildren and friends. He and his wife Kit did everything together and Carl will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 17 years, Kit L. McGinnis; parents; one daughter, Brooklyn McGinnis of Germantown, Ohio; one son, Colt McGinnis of Germantown, Ohio; one step-daughter, Nicole Morgan of Texas; two grandchildren, Jamie and Tyler Morgan.
