HAZEN, MRS. MARGARET F HUSTON McKee - Died at her home in Perryopolis, at noon Monday, March 9, 1953. Mrs. Hazen was born at Brooklyn, Iowa, on March 24,1869 and was the daughter of the late Finley and Eliza Harper McKee. Mrs. Hazen was a school teacher having taught in Franklin Township, Connellsville, Carnegie and Wilkinsburg. She was a member of the Little Redstone Presbyterian Church; the Missionary Society and the Presbyteriat; the Colonel Andrew Lynn Chapter, D. A. R., the Dorcas Class of the Perry Methodist Church and the Perry W. C. T. U. She was predeceased by her husband, James Piersol Hazen on November 22, 1953 (error: 1935 - see obit for James P. Hazen.) Surviving are three children: Benjamin Finley of Columbus, Ohio; Thomas of Bloomfield, N. J. and James McKee of Uniontown; seven grandchildren; onme isster; Miss Mary E. McKee of Perryopolis and one brother, Joel S. McKee of New Castle. Friends will be received at the Ira Blair & Sons Chapel, Perryopolis after one o'clock Thursday, where services will be conducted Saturday at two o'clock with Rev. Ira Howard, officiating; assisted by Rev. Frank T. James. Interment will be in Redstone Cemetery, Brownsville.

     William Kaylor McKee was born on 21 July 1898. He was the son of Rev. Charles Fahrney McKee and Iva S. Kaylor.

     Mildred Muriel McKeen was born on 30 September 1904 at Elgin, Antelope Co., NE. She married Harold Marion Roadifer, son of Walter Roadifer and Anna L. Curry, before April 1940; Mildred had a son Clarence Temper (1923-1971) from her first marriage, who was raised as a step-son of Harold Roadifer and took the Roadifer surname. Mildred Muriel McKeen died on 25 May 1995 at Tampa, Hillsborough Co., FL, at age 90. She was buried in 1995 at Sunset Memory Gardens, Thonotosassa, Hillsborough Co., FL, Findagrave #51324986.

     Joseph Frederick McKelvey was born on 10 August 1895. He was the son of Joseph A. McKelvey and Viola (?) Joseph Frederick McKelvey married Frances Elizabeth Windle, daughter of John Albert Windle and Lizzie Irene Casey, 6 children born to the marriage, all living as of 2005 (DLB.) Joseph Frederick McKelvey died on 2 October 1963 at Ottumwa, Wapello Co., IA, at age 68.

     Mamie McKelvey was born on 20 March 1884 at Old Washington, Guernsey Co., OH; daughter of Charles and Ella B. (Gill) McKelvey. She married Dr. John McCrory Thompson, son of Daniel Thompson and Elizabeth Clippinger, on 28 November 1906 at Belmont Co., OH. Mamie McKelvey died on 9 July 1914 at Old Washington, Guernsey Co., OH, at age 30. She was buried in July 1914 at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, Guernsey Co., OH, Findagrave #69857367.

Occupation: Teacher at music college in 1930 at Ft. Thomas, Campbell Co., KY.² James Burton McKenna died on 24 November 1960 at San Joaquin Co., CA, at age 63.

     Kathleen Patricia McKenna was born on 11 July 1912 at Coos Co., OR.¹ She was the daughter of Michael McKenna and Anna McDonell.¹ Kathleen Patricia McKenna married John Amos Beard, son of Leroy Amos Beard and Martha Antoinette Pfister, after 1 April 1940. Kathleen Patricia McKenna died on 26 June 1991 at Coos Co., OR, at age 78.

     Michael McKenna was born in September 1865 at Kent Co., MI.¹ He married Anna McDonell after 26 April 1910.¹ Michael McKenna died on 23 February 1943 at Coos Bay, Coos Co., OR, at age 77.
