Theodore "Ted" R. Munsinger, 51, was killed instantly Tuesday afternoon at Glenrock while working at the Phillips Petroleum Well No. 1, about one block from the business section. Mr. Munsinger, who was head of the Munsinger Ditching Co., was crushed to death when a slab of concrete fell on him. His wife and two sons were at the scene when the accident occurred. The fatality happened during operations to abandon the well.
Ted was the son of Guy and Bell Munsinger. He attended school at Thermopolis, Wyoming and for a number of years was engaged as a driller in the oil fields. For the past ten years he headed the firm of T. R. Munsinger and Sons, ditching and drilling contractors. Mr. Munsinger was married to Miss Irene Sterling and to this union five children were born, four of whom survive. In addition to Mrs. Munsinger, survivors include three sons, John C. Munsinger and Floyd W. Munsinger, all of Glenrock; one daughter, Mrs. Leonard Burch of Laramie; his father, Guy Munsinger of Glenrock; two sisters, Mrs. Clare (Minnie) McElhinny of Casper and Mrs. Effie McArthur of California; two brothers, William Munsinger of California and Edward Munsinger of Montana; and five grandchildren. One son, Leonard, died in infancy.

She had worked as a medication aide and was a member of the Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters, Delores VanOyen and Twila Glenn; one grandson, Timothy Halbert; two brothers; and three sisters.

The Rev. R. V. Felt of Red Oak, a former Wesley Chapel minister, performed the double ring ceremony at 2:30 o'clock.
Mr. and Mrs. Dayre Williams of Indianola, brother-in-law and sister of the groom, attended the couple. Mrs. Warren Darrah of Tabor was the soloist, accompanied by Mr. Darrah.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a beige gabardine suit with dark green accessories and carried a bouquet of yellow and bronze chrysanthemums, centered with green orchids. Other autumn shades of fall flowers were used in the corsages and decorations.

Mrs. Munsinger is a graduate in home economics of Iowa State college. She had been employed as assistant director of the Dairy Council of Omaha for the past three years.
Mr. Munsinger attended Omaha university following his discharge from the army air corps. He is a recent graduate of Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Okla.
The couple left immediately, following the reception, for a short trip through the south. They will reside in Houston, Tex., where Mr. Munsinger is employed by the Trans Texas Airways.
