     Margaret Neil was born on 2 November 1872 at Columbus, Franklin Co., OH. She was the daughter of Robert Samuel Neil and Pamela Brashear Sullivant. Margaret Neil died on 28 July 1873 at Columbus, Franklin Co., OH.

     Robert Neil was born on 19 October 1796 at Kentucky. He was the son of (?) Neil. Robert Neil married Mary Mitchell Hoge, daughter of Rev. James Hoge. Robert Neil died on 3 March 1883 at Columbus, Franklin Co., OH, at age 86.

     Robert Elkin Neil was born on 12 May 1819. He was the son of William Neil and Hannah Schwing. Robert Elkin Neil married Jane Marshall Sullivant, daughter of William Starling Sullivant and Jane Marshall, on 30 May 1843.¹ Robert Elkin Neil died on 25 May 1899 at age 80. He was buried in May 1899 at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, Franklin Co., OH, Findagrave #21379268.

     Robert Samuel Neil was born on 23 February 1834 at Ohio Father born Kentucky, mother born Ohio, per 1880 census info.² He was the son of Robert Neil and Mary Mitchell Hoge. Robert Samuel Neil married Pamela Brashear Sullivant, daughter of Joseph Sullivant and Mary Eliza Brashear, on 22 October 1863.¹ Robert Samuel Neil lived in 1880 at Paint Twp., Madison Co., OH.^3,2 He died on 4 October 1919 at Franklin Co., OH, at age 85.

     Thomas King Neil was born on 25 December 1851. He was the son of Robert Elkin Neil and Jane Marshall Sullivant. Thomas King Neil died on 17 August 1852.

     Note: Built the Neil House Hotel, Columbus, Ohio.¹ William Neil was born on 4 December 1788 at Virginia. He was the son of (?) Neil. William Neil married Hannah Schwing in 1816. William Neil died on 18 May 1870 at Columbus, Franklin Co., OH, at age 81.

     John Lambert Neill was born circa 1790 at North Carolina.¹ He married Sarah Clay Martin.

     Sarah Clay Neill was born circa 1817 at Fairfield, Bedford Co., TN.¹ She was the daughter of John Lambert Neill and Sarah Clay Martin. Sarah Clay Neill married James Searcy, son of Col. Robert Searcy and Elizabeth Wendel, in 1836. Sarah Clay Neill died after 14 June 1880 at Bedford Co., TN.

     Eugene Adelbert Neils was born on 14 August 1922 at Cass Lake, Cass Co., MN. He began military service WW II service, US Naval Reserve, AOM3. He married Shirley Ann Lindmeyer on 30 August 1946 at Great Falls, Cascade Co., MT, After Eugene's death in 1964, Shirley remarried to John M. Lakner on 28 MAY 1965. They divorced in 1969 and she later married a Strand. Eugene Adelbert Neils died on 20 June 1964 at age 41. He was buried in June 1964 at Highland Cemetery, Great Falls, Cascade Co., MT, Findagrave #35366905.

     Hugh Douglas Neilson was born on 17 November 1762 at Old Cumnock, Ayr, Scotland. He married Sarah Heale on 1 November 1781. Hugh Douglas Neilson died on 7 August 1813 at Greene Co., TN, at age 50.

     Johanne Neilson married Leonidas McReynolds.¹

     Joseph Heale Neilson was born on 10 December 1792 at Greene Co., TN. He was the son of Hugh Douglas Neilson and Sarah Heale. Joseph Heale Neilson married Mary Smith on 26 November 1812. Joseph Heale Neilson died on 5 February 1845 at Somerville, Fayette Co., TN, at age 52.

     Kenneth Earl Neilson was born on 31 May 1927 at Benton, Yates Co., NY. He was the son of Nels Peter Neilson and Jessie Charlotte DeLong. Kenneth Earl Neilson died on 3 September 2001 at age 74.

     Nels Peter Neilson was born on 19 October 1892 at New York. He married Jessie Charlotte DeLong, daughter of John Stewart DeLong and Sarah L. Cronk, on 25 November 1925 at Penn Yan, Yates Co., NY. Nels Peter Neilson died on 14 September 1931 at Benton, Yates Co., NY, at age 38. He was buried in September 1931 at Lakeview Cemetery, Penn Yan, Yates Co., NY, Findagrave #54169226.

     Sarah Hale Neilson was born on 22 May 1788. She was the daughter of Hugh Douglas Neilson and Sarah Heale. Sarah Hale Neilson married David Wendel, son of Christopher Wendel and Susannah Deaderick, on 18 March 1806 at Cheeks Crossroads, Hamblen Co., TN. Sarah Hale Neilson died on 17 August 1839 at Murfreesboro, Rutherford Co., TN, at age 51. She was buried in August 1839 at Family Plot, Evergreen Cemetery, Murfreesboro, Rutherford Co., TN, Findagrave #60983552.

     Herman W. Neiman was born circa 1897 at Arkansas.¹ He married Jessie Akins circa 1916.¹

     Violey Marie Neiman was born on 28 March 1922 at Stigler, Haskell Co., OK.¹ She was the daughter of Herman W. Neiman and Jessie Akins.¹ Violey Marie Neiman married Lloyd Thomas Larimore, son of Jefferson E. Larimore and Minnie Mae Sandefur, on 20 December 1940 at Oklahoma Co., OK. Violey Marie Neiman died on 21 June 2005 at age 83.

     Anna Jane Neirmeyer was born in August 1868 at Iowa.¹ She married Walter George Ridge circa 1890; four children born to the marriage, three living as of the 1900 census.¹

     Elizabeth Neiswanger was born on 20 July 1773. She married Joseph Strickler, son of Henry Strickler and Anna Beidler. Elizabeth Neiswanger died on 8 September 1866 at age 93.

     Abraham Neisz married Magdalena Landis, daughter of Jacob Landis and Gertrude Rosenberger.¹ Abraham Neisz was born on 8 January 1756. He died on 28 April 1818 at Salford Twp., Montgomery Co., PA, at age 62.

     Rev. Franklin Clarence Neitz was born on 14 February 1865. He married Alice Louisa Hauptfuehrer, daughter of Daniel Hauptfuehrer and Magdalena Vogelgesang, on 22 June 1887 at Ogle Co., IL. Rev. Franklin Clarence Neitz died on 3 April 1928 at Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 63.

     Kenneth Herbert Neitzel was born on 29 July 1958 at Staten Island, Richmond Co., NY. He was the son of Richard Neitzel. Kenneth Herbert Neitzel died on 22 June 1993 at age 34.

     Richard Neitzel was born in September 1932. He lived in 1992 at Santa Rosa, Sonoma Co., CA. He died on 6 November 2013 at Ocean Breeze, Richmond Co., NY, at age 81.

     Agnes Lucretia Nelson was born on 30 October 1880 at Minnesota. She married Eilliam Read Barnes on 18 December 1909 at Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN. Agnes Lucretia Nelson died on 15 August 1963 at Ft. Worth, Tarrant Co., TX, at age 82.

     Albert William Nelson was also known as Albert Allen Albert's biological father was an Allen, as per the 1900 census listing. Albert appears to have known that his father was born in Indiana, as indicated in later censuses.¹ He was born on 7 July 1890 at Preston, Pratt Co., KS, WW I draft registration.¹ He was the son of Margaret Waters.¹ Albert William Nelson married Veva J. Dupee, daughter of Edward Dupee and Lucy (?), on 26 July 1916 at Kingman, Kingman Co., KS,

Miss Veva Dupee of Cunningham, Kans. and Albert Nelson were married last Wednesday at Kingman. The bride wore a soft white silk dress with embroidered net and the groom wore a fancy stripe blue serge. At the home of the bride's parents a 5 o'clock supper was prepared.

The young couple received many valuable presents.

Albert William Nelson lived on 6 February 1920 at Verdigris Twp., Rogers Co., OK, farming.² He lived on 14 April 1930 at Turon, Reno Co., KS, section hand, railroad.³ He died on 6 October 1967 at age 77. Note: Apparently there were two Albert Allens born in July, 1890, in Kansas. Albert, son of Charles and Frances (Carey) Allen, born 2 JUL 1890 at Madison, Allen County, Kansas was clearly a different individual than the son of Maggie Waters listed with her in the 1900 census. Maggie's son was named Albert Nelson in his half-sister Clara (McGuire) Tatro's obituary. DLB 2020.

     Arthur Nelson was born on 25 January 1912. He married Eleanor Lindsay Fulton, daughter of Frederick Ralph Fulton and Ivey Eleanor Lindsey, in 1943. Arthur Nelson died in July 1981 at Tulsa Co. (probably), OK, at age 69 dates per SSDI, last residence Tulsa.

     Arthur Reed Nelson was born on 9 February 1902 at Mundy, Knox Co., TX. He married Maude Elizabeth Petty on 14 June 1922 at Wellington, Collingsworth Co., TX. Arthur Reed Nelson died on 18 August 1983 at Wellington, Collingsworth Co., TX, at age 81. He was buried in August 1983 at South Fairview Cemetery, Wellington, Collingsworth Co., TX.

     Augustine O. Nelson married Hannah Catherine Dryden, daughter of James F. Dryden and Mary B. Goodwin, on 5 August 1847 at Franklin Co., KY.

     Bernard John Nelson was born on 16 October 1927. He was the son of Joseph C. Nelson and Georgia Evaline Sanson. Bernard John Nelson married Darlene Waunita Munsinger, daughter of Harold Lee Munsinger and Nora Mathilda Worden, on 25 June 1950 at Fremont, Dodge Co., NE. Bernard John Nelson died on 26 October 1997 at Columbus, Platte Co., NE, at age 70

COLUMBUS -- Bernard Nelson, 70, 2663 45th Ave., died Sunday, Oct. 26, 1997, at Columbus Community Hospital Inc.

Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church of Columbus with the Rev. Dave Heintzleman officiating. Burial is at Columbus Cemetery with military honors conducted by Hartman Post 84 American Legion Honor Guard.

Visitation is 3-9 p.m. today at McKown Funeral Chapel and 1 p.m. until services Wednesday at the church.

Mr. Nelson was born Oct. 16, 1927, at Jewel, Iowa, to Joseph and Georgia (Sanson) Nelson. He graduated from Kramer High School in Columbus.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in Guam and Saipan.

He married Darlene Munsinger June 25, 1950, at Fremont. He worked at the Columbus Police Department, was a city/county youth counselor and later worked at O. L. Scheer in Columbus.

He was a past member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He was a member of the church.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Joseph (Debra) of Columbus; two daughters, Deborah K. Ryba and Sandi (Mike) Beiermann, both of Columbus; two sisters, Victoria (Lester) Merha of Harrison, Mont., and Phyllis (Wallace) Phillips of Ashboro, N.C; and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Nadine Dory; one brother, Ronald; and one grandchild.

Memorials may be given to donors' choice.
