     Laura Parmer was born circa 1835 at Ohio.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Parmer and Ann (?)¹

     Mary Ann Parmer was also known as Mary Ann Palmer. She was born on 8 August 1834 at Ohio 1900 census, Boone County, Nebraska, shows August 1830 birth date. History of Jones County, Iowa (1879) biography of David Munsinger shows 1833 for Mary Ann. She was the daughter of Robert Parmer and Ann (?)¹ Mary Ann Parmer married David Munsinger, son of Christian Adam Munzinger and Maria Eva Krick, on 1 January 1851 at Oberlin, Lorain Co., OH.²
Note: 1880 census, Jones County, Iowa, shows both parents born New York. 1900 Census, Boone County, Nebraska, shows father born Germany, mother born England.^3,4 Mary Ann Parmer died on 6 March 1902 at Boone Co., NE, at age 67. She was buried in March 1902 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion, Boone Co., NE.

     Robert Parmer was born between 1790 and 1800.¹ He married Ann (?).

     Occupation: Congregationalist minister, per family tradition.

     Karenhappuch Parmer/Palmer was also known as "Happy".² She was born on 19 April 1790 at Baltimore Co., MD, (birth date calculated from records of Ducro & Son Funeral home, Ashtabula, showing Happy Fuller died 14 August 1884, aged 94 years, 3 months, and 25 days). Both parents born Maryland, per 1880 census.^3,2,4 She was the daughter of (?) Parmer/Palmer. Karenhappuch Parmer/Palmer married Enoch Fuller, son of Josiah Fuller and Ruth (?), on 12 January 1809 at Austinburg (probably), Geauga (now Ashtabula) Co., OH, by Noah Cowles, J.P.



In the "Widow's Declaration" affidavit dated 7 Febuary 1876, Pension File of Happy Fuller, she stated that the marriage date was 13 February 1807.

Marriage record (found in Geauga County records) names her "Karen Happuch Parmer of Richfield". "Richfield Township" was an early designation of the part of the Western Reserve that was later established as Ashtabula County, and is not near the present-day town of Richfield, Ohio.

In her pension application, Karenhappuch stated she was married at Austinburg. This matches the quotation from "History of Ashtabula County" which says Enoch Fuller came first to Austinburg and worked there clearing land for Hall Smith.⁵


Note: The History of Ashtabula County names most (but apparently not all) of the early settlers up to about 1812, and there are no Parmers/Palmers whatsoever. Family tradition from the Josiah Fuller descendants says she was the daughter of a Congregational Minister. In fact, those of her descendants who can be identified with a church, such as granddaughter Arrie Jane Fox, were Congregationalists.

"Kerenhappuch" is a Biblical name, the name of Job's middle daughter, found in the last chapter of that book. It reportedly translates as "container of Antimony", or "horn of beauty".

In the 1880 census, she reported both parents were born in Maryland, as well as herself. A possible alternate correct surname for her father or his father is "Paramore" -- this surname appears in early Maryland.

A possible family connection was the wife of David Munsinger, Mary Ann Palmer/Parmer. This marriage occurred only about a year after Julina Fuller's marriage to John Munsinger -- Mary Ann's father Robert Palmer may have been a cousin of Julina's.

Karenhappuch Parmer/Palmer lived in 1860 at Saybrook Twp., Ashtabula Co., OH.⁶ She died on 14 August 1884 at Saybrook, Ashtabula Co., OH, at age 94 (death date per records of Ducro & Son Funeral Home, Ashtabula). Headstone inscription gives the date as 15 August.⁴ She was buried on 16 August 1884 at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., OH, See headstone notes under Enoch Fuller. Interment date from records of Ducro & Son Funeral Home, Ashtabula. Funeral bill sent to J. S. Fuller (this would be son Josiah). Findagrave #36438074.⁴

     Arline Mary Parr was born in 1925. She was the daughter of Miles Ballard Parr and Chilla Nebergall.

     Eugene Marvin Parr was born in 1922. He was the son of Miles Ballard Parr and Chilla Nebergall.

     Guy Erwin Parr married Mollie N. Pagel. Guy Erwin Parr was born in 1893. He was the son of L. M. Parr and Frances Caroline Tallman.

     Henry Parr was born circa 1806. He was the son of Thomas Parr.

     L. M. Parr married Frances Caroline Tallman, daughter of John Carl Tallman and Rhoda Ann Barnes.

     Marian Gladys Parr was born in 1915. She was the daughter of Guy Erwin Parr and Mollie N. Pagel.

     Mary Parr was also known as Polly. She was born circa 1812 at Licking Co., OH. She was the daughter of Thomas Parr. Mary Parr married Joseph Brumbach, son of John Brumback and Elizabeth Rothgeb, on 23 January 1830 at Licking Co., OH. Mary Parr died circa 1840 at LaSalle Co., IL.

     Miles Ballard Parr married Chilla Nebergall. Miles Ballard Parr was born in 1893. He was the son of L. M. Parr and Frances Caroline Tallman.

     Oliver Edwin Parr was born in 1917. He was the son of Miles Ballard Parr and Chilla Nebergall.

     Ramona Arlin Parr was born in 1902. She was the daughter of L. M. Parr and Frances Caroline Tallman.

     Raymond Isadore Parr was born on 30 July 1911 at Spencer, Jennings Co., IN. He married Elizabeth Charlotte Conley, daughter of Albert Harper Conley and Alma Lucille Harris, on 17 July 1938. Raymond Isadore Parr died on 2 February 1975 at Paulding Co. (probably), OH, at age 63 per SSDI, last residence Paulding. He was buried in 1975 at Live Oak Cemetery, Paulding, Paulding Co., OH, Findagrave #40465926.

     Samuel Parr was born in 1814 at Licking Co., OH. He was the son of Thomas Parr. Samuel Parr married Rebecca Trumbo circa 1844 at LaSalle Co., IL.

     Thomas Parr was born circa 1776 at Pennsylvania. He died in 1816 at Licking Co., OH.
