     Francis Parvin was born on 1 February 1700 at County West Meath, Ireland. He married Deborah Pearson on 19 December 1722 at County Kings, Ireland. Francis Parvin died on 16 July 1767 at Maiden Creek Twp., Berks Co., PA, at age 67.

     Francis Parvin III was born on 7 February 1769 at Berks Co., PA. He was the son of Francis Parvin and Sarah Lightfoot. Francis Parvin III married Susannah Parvin, daughter of Benjamin Parvin and Sarah Powell, in 1799 at Talbot Co., MD. Francis Parvin III died in 1835 at Berks Co., PA.

     Jacob Parvin was born on 10 July 1775 at Chester Co., PA. He was the son of Francis Parvin and Sarah Lightfoot. Jacob Parvin married Mary Ives on 5 October 1803. Jacob Parvin died on 24 December 1813 at Berks Co., PA, at age 38.

     Jeremiah Parvin was the son of William Parvin and Mary Starr.

     Phoebe Parvin was the daughter of William Parvin and Mary Starr.

     Sarah Lightfoot Parvin was born on 2 May 1811. She was the daughter of Jacob Parvin and Mary Ives. Sarah Lightfoot Parvin married John Starr, son of James Starr and Eleanor Davis, on 2 October 1833. Sarah Lightfoot Parvin died in 1884.

     Sarah P. Parvin was born in 1807. She was the daughter of Francis Parvin III and Susannah Parvin. Sarah P. Parvin married William Starr, son of James Starr and Eleanor Davis. Sarah P. Parvin died in 1853.

     Susannah Parvin was born on 19 September 1779. She was the daughter of Benjamin Parvin and Sarah Powell. Susannah Parvin married Francis Parvin III, son of Francis Parvin and Sarah Lightfoot, in 1799 at Talbot Co., MD. Susannah Parvin died on 16 February 1843 at age 63.

     Note: or Thomas Perrin. Thomas Parvin was born on 20 July 1726. He was the son of Francis Parvin and Deborah Pearson. Thomas Parvin married Mary Starr, daughter of Isaac Starr and Margaret Lightfoot, on 17 April 1754. Thomas Parvin died before 17 August 1793 at Maiden Creek Twp., Berks Co., PA.

     William Parvin was born on 26 May 1739. He married Mary Starr, daughter of Merrick Starr and Phoebe Pearson, on 17 July 1765 at Maiden Creek Meeting, Chester Co., PA. William Parvin died in April 1772 at Maiden Creek, Berks Co., PA, at age 32.

     Ellen Paschal was born circa 1819 at Maryland.¹ She married James Larimore, son of Samuel Larimore and Catherine Case.

     Jesse Lee Paschall was born on 29 January 1923 at Willowbrook, Los Angeles Co., CA. He married Winifred Eloise Campbell on 22 April 1942 at Hood River, Hood River Co., OR. Jesse Lee Paschall died on 19 September 1990 at Bend, Deschutes Co., OR, at age 67. Cause of death: automobile accident. He was buried on 23 September 1990 at Deschutes Memorial Gardens, Bend, Deschutes Co., OR, Findagrave #30987109.

     Joseph J. Paschen was born on 23 July 1910. He married Reta Mary Arnold, daughter of Frank Walter Arnold and Margaret A. Kelly, after April 1940. Joseph J. Paschen began military service WW II service, U.S. Army, TEC 5. He died on 18 January 1999 at age 88

Joseph J. Paschen, 88, died Monday. He was a retired office manager with the Woodson Fennewald Commission Co. at the National Stockyards and a cashier at Fairmount Park Race Track. There will be no visitation. A memorial Mass will be held at 12:15 p.m. Thursday at St. Albert the Great Church in Fairview Heights. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. The family asks for Masses or contributions to St. Albert the Great Church Endowment Fund.

     Florence Anne Paskvan was born on 26 September 1917 at Great Falls, Cascade Co., MT. She married Michael Vincent Foley, Michael Foley was married to June Eloise Bunbury (1918-1996) at the time that he registered for the draft in 1940. She remarried to Robert Lynn Davie in 1946. Florence Anne Paskvan died on 16 November 2002 at age 85.

     Jeanne Pasquet married Jean Poutz.

     Eugene George Passama was born on 8 December 1921. He married Shirley Melba Madsen circa 1953. Eugene George Passama died on 4 January 2019 at age 97. He was buried in January 2019 at Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi, San Joaquin Co., CA, Findagrave #195910873.

     Leonard Passano was born in July 1818 at Italy.¹ He married Parthenia Phelps. Leonard Passano died after June 1900 at Baltimore, MD.

     Rosamond Ridgeway Passano was born on 20 March 1860 at Maryland.¹ She was the daughter of Leonard Passano and Parthenia Phelps.¹ Rosamond Ridgeway Passano married William Lorman Roberts, son of Edward Roberts and Anna M. (?), on 6 January 1881 at Baltimore, Maryland, Per Tracy Devault's research -- In the 1900 Census, Rosamond Passano is living with her father, Leonard Passano. There are two younger women living with them: Eleanor Roberts who recently married Arthur Stanley Zell (Arthur is also shown in this census record) and Parthenia D. Roberts (Parthenia is believed to be Dorothy Roberts that is shown in subsequent records). In this census record both of these women are listed as grandchildren of Leonard Passano. It seems likely that both Eleanor and Parthenia are daughters of William Lorman Roberts and Rosamond (Passano) Roberts. So far all the evidence leads to this conclusion; however, in this same census record, Rosamond says she has had two children and only one is still living. If one of these two women is not a daughter of Rosamond, it probably must be Eleanor. For the time being I am showing both Eleanor and Parthenia/Dorothy as daughters of Rosamond.

     Charles Sidney Passavant III was born on 5 May 1895 at Butler Co., PA.^1,2 He was the son of Charles Sidney Passavant Jr. and Lillian Tebay.¹ Charles Sidney Passavant III married Hettie Burd Rodgers, daughter of James Denny Rodgers and Elizabeth Morris. Charles Sidney Passavant III died on 23 November 1985 at Zelianople, Butler Co., PA, at age 90

Charles Passavant

Charles Passavant, a former bank president in Butler County, died of heart failure Saturday in his home in Zelienople.

Mr. Passavant, 90, of 300 W. Beaver Ave., was president of the former Union National Bank of Zelienople.

He had served on the board of directors of North Hills Passavant Hospital.

He was a charter member of the Zelienople Rotary Club; past master of Harmony Lodge 429 F&AM; and a member of Syria Temple and Zelienople American Legion Post 474.

He is survived by his wife, Hetty; two daughters, Betty Kaufmann Jr. and Sis Henderson Jr., both of Darien, Conn; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Friends are being received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in English Lutheran Church in Zelienople. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

     Charles Sidney Passavant Jr. was born on 21 February 1871 at Butler Co., PA.¹ He married Lillian Tebay circa 1892.¹ Charles Sidney Passavant Jr. died on 20 December 1935 at age 64. He was buried in December 1935 at English Lutheran Church Cemetery, Zelienople, Butler Co., PA, Findagrave #67658909.

     Elizabeth Passavant was also known as "Betty". She was born on 15 January 1919 at Springfield, Clark Co., OH.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Sidney Passavant III and Hettie Burd Rodgers. Elizabeth Passavant married Charles Barnard Kaufmann Jr., son of Charles Barnard Kaufmann and Nettie Cramer, in 1942. Elizabeth Passavant died on 8 September 2011 at Norwalk, Fairfield Co., CT, at age 92

ELIZABETH (BETTY) PASSAVANT KAUFMANN, a longtime resident of Darien, Connecticut, died peacefully on September 8 in Norwalk Hospital. She was 92. She is survived by three children, Charles B. Kaufmann III (Patty) of Greenwich, CT; Rodgers P. Kaufmann of Evergreen, Colorado; and Elizabeth P. Kaufmann (Ernest Tucker), also of Evergreen; a sister, Virginia (Sis) Henderson of Darien; six grandchildren, Anya, Cameron, Jami, Jeff, Juli and Travis, and six great-grandchildren. Born on January 15, 1919, in Springfield, Ohio, to Charles and Hetty Passavant, she grew up in Zelienople, PA, and was an outstanding student-athlete at Zelienople High School. Mrs. Kaufmann attended Smith College, graduating in the Class of 1940. She met her late husband, Charles B. Kaufmann Jr., in Sea Island, Georgia, and they were married in 1942. She worked for several years in the Administration Office at Rosemary Hall School in Greenwich, CT, and later served as a volunteer for the American Red Cross and the Stamford Hospital. Mrs. Kaufmann was an active member of the Noroton Presbyterian Church in Darien, and an avid gardener and bridge player. She was also a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be forever missed and loved by her family members and many others who knew her. The family extends their deepest appreciation to the many individuals, especially Benjamin Abraha, as well as the staff at Atria Darien and others, who contributed so much to the quality of her life in recent years.

     Lillian Virginia Passavant was also known as "Sis". She was born on 14 July 1922 at Butler Co., PA.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Sidney Passavant III and Hettie Burd Rodgers.¹ Lillian Virginia Passavant married Sidney Elliott Henderson Jr., son of Sidney Elliott Henderson and Lucia E. Campbell. Lillian Virginia Passavant lived in 2011 at Darien, Fairfield Co., CT.

     Vernon Vincent Passmore was born on 28 January 1910 at Missouri. He married Velma Louise Cassel, daughter of William Lester Cassel and Louise Katherine Semler, on 27 October 1964 at Riverside Co., CA. Vernon Vincent Passmore died on 3 June 1985 at Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 75. He was buried in June 1985 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Long Beach, Los Angeles Co., CA, Findagrave #194418390.

     Anne Geraldine Pastotnik was born circa 1922 at Harrietta, Wexford Co., MI. She married Lewis Bethuel Lovell, son of Henry Robert Lovell and Grace Pearl Bever, on 20 May 1950 at Cadillac, Wexford Co., MI.

     Anna E. Patchell was born on 18 July 1854.¹ She was the daughter of James Patchell and Elizabeth Gravelle.¹ Anna E. Patchell married A. Rinewalt Supplee, son of Zimmerman Supplee and Hannah Rinewalt, on 11 January 1877, Ceremony by Rev. D. J. R. Strayer.¹ Anna E. Patchell died on 16 December 1891 at age 37.¹

     James Patchell married Elizabeth Gravelle.¹

     Arthur Niles Patchett was born in January 1898 at Michigan.¹ He married Margaret C. Jackson circa 1918.¹ Arthur Niles Patchett died on 15 March 1957 at age 59. He was buried in March 1957 at Flushing City Cemetery, Flushing, Genesee Co., MI, Find A Grave Memorial# 61846853.

     Robert George Patchett was born on 11 April 1919 at Michigan. He was the son of Arthur Niles Patchett and Margaret C. Jackson.¹ Robert George Patchett married Madeline Louise Grumley, daughter of Nelson L. Grumley and Rose Marie Ade, on 13 August 1965 at Genesee Co., MI, Two daughters. Robert George Patchett died on 9 September 2005 at Genesee Co., MI, at age 86.
