Charles Smith Price, age 67, 223 East Second St., died suddenly at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was a well-known veteran executive of the Ox Fibre Brush Co. Mr. Price, familiarly known as "Mike" had been the assistant superintendent of the brush manufacturing company for 35 years. He was one of the oldest volunteer members of the United Steam Fire Engine Co. and maintained membership until his death.
Funeral services will be conducted at the late residence on Thursday morning (Dec. 30). Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
