She married Grandfather Jackson at Shoshone Mission, Fremont County, Wyoming, 20 September 1922. He was from Richwoods, Washington County, Missouri. He left home at a young age after his father, Napoleon Boneparte ("Boney") Jackson remarried. According to family sources, his second wife was not very nice to her step children. Granny and Grandfather Jackson had three sons, Carter Thorton born 1923, Charles Edward born 1926, and William Baber born 1927, died 2002 (my father). Granny divorced Grandfather Jackson in 1936 and remarried Elmer Sinclair in 1937. They moved to Glenwood Springs, Garfield County, Colorado, about 1940. Their daughter, Ruth Ann, was born there in 1942. Granny died 31 July 1979 in Portland, Oregon. She is buried on the ranch on Four Mile Creek near Glenwood Springs, CO."
