     Lillie Belle Starr was born in 1864 at Iowa. She was the daughter of Cephas Wesley Starr and Nancy Isabelle Bench. Lillie Belle Starr married Alfred Perry Burton on 20 April 1882 at Lynnville, IA. Lillie Belle Starr died in 1908 at Arkansas.

     Lilly Eliza Starr was born in December 1887 at Flint District, Indian Territory (now OK).¹ She was the daughter of James Starr and Sophronia Sawney.¹ Lilly Eliza Starr married William Wayne. Lilly Eliza Starr died in 1933. She was buried in 1933 at Salem Indian Cemetery, Bell, Adair Co., OK, Findagrave #6356124.

     Lizzie B. Starr was born circa 1876 at Camp Creek Twp., Pike Co. (probably), OH.¹ She was the daughter of Isaiah Starr and Ellen Jane Winterburn.¹

     Lizzie C. Starr was born in December 1894 at Guernsey Co. (probably), OH. She was the daughter of Samuel Starr and Sarah Alice Davis.

     Lois Marie Starr was born on 31 August 1904 at Grinnell, Poweshiek Co., IA. She was the daughter of Ernest Jabez Starr and Gertude Eva Bump. Lois Marie Starr married Floyd Bartholomew on 26 July 1924 at Eldora, Hardin Co., IA.

     Lott Starr was born in October 1883 at Noble Co., OH.¹ He was the son of William Starr and Mary Price.¹

     Lottie Alice Starr was born on 23 August 1898 at Benton Co., OR. She was the daughter of Jesse Benson Starr and Mary Alice Peterson. Lottie Alice Starr died on 23 January 1979 at Corvallis, Benton Co., OR, at age 80.

     Louis Warner Starr was born on 28 March 1824 at Ohio. He died on 3 August 1889 at Ohio at age 65.

     Louisa Rebecca Starr was born on 19 August 1833 at Maryland 1800 and 1900 censuses indicate 1838, however she obviously was not born after her mother died.¹ She was the daughter of Moses Starr and Rachel Pennington. Louisa Rebecca Starr married Dr. Joseph H. Warrington on 21 August 1862. Louisa Rebecca Starr died after 7 June 1900 at Philadelphia (probably), Philadelphia Co., PA.

     Lovonia Semira Starr was born on 29 May 1849 at Lynn Grove Township, Jasper Co., IA. She was the daughter of Jabez Starr and Jane Gregory. Lovonia Semira Starr married Levi H. Horn on 22 December 1872 at Jasper Co., IA, Per 1900 census, Richland Twp., Jasper Co., p.233, a total of 3 children were born to the marriage, of which only Ada was living as of 1900. Lovonia Semira Starr died on 18 January 1919 at Jasper Co., IA, at age 69.

     Lua May Starr was born on 12 July 1870 at Vineland, NJ. She was the daughter of Jeremiah J. Starr and Lucy Butterfield.

     Lucille Starr was born in October 1892 at Adair Co. (probably), MO.¹ She was the daughter of Amos D. Starr and Delia (?)¹

     Lucille Starr was born on 7 May 1920 at Stilwell, Adair Co., OK. She was the daughter of Charley Starr and Minnie Locust.

     Lucinda Starr was born in 1832. She was the daughter of John Starr and Elizabeth Kennedy.

     Lucinda Alice Starr was born on 21 October 1894. She was the daughter of Joseph McMinn Starr and Susan Shell. Lucinda Alice Starr died on 8 April 1979 at Jay, Delaware Co., OK, at age 84.

     Lucinda Charinda Starr was born on 26 September 1847 at Van Buren Co., IA. She was the daughter of Jabez Starr and Jane Gregory. Lucinda Charinda Starr married John Hartman on 21 March 1864 at St. Charles, Madison Co., IA. Lucinda Charinda Starr died on 20 October 1908 at Coupeville, Island Co., WA, at age 61.

     Lula Belle Starr was born on 15 November 1918 at Adair Co., OK.¹ She was the daughter of Jackson Starr and Mary Cochran.¹ Lula Belle Starr died on 16 August 1980 at age 61. She was buried in August 1980 at A. J. Powell Memorial Cemetery, Hominy, Osage Co., OK, Findagrave #80023130.

     Lulu Starr was also known as Kahleetah. She was born on 6 May 1905. She was the daughter of Charles Lucien Starr and Amy Benge. Lulu Starr died on 24 February 1988 at age 82.

     Lulu P. Starr was born on 20 July 1868. She was the daughter of Joseph McMinn Starr and Sarah Crittenden. Lulu P. Starr died on 10 June 1893 at age 24.

     Lulu Viola Starr was born on 19 December 1869. She was the daughter of James Drumond Starr and Lucy Frances Davis. Lulu Viola Starr died in 1894.

     Luther Starr was born circa 1868 at Benton Co., OR.¹ He was the son of Martin Luther Starr and Melcina Ellen Belshe.¹ Luther Starr died before June 1880.

     Lynch Starr was born on 26 February 1919 at Stilwell, Adair Co., OK.¹ He was the son of Riley Starr and Linda Belle Lowery.¹ Lynch Starr died on 17 January 1969 at Ft. Worth, Tarrant Co., TX, at age 49

Lynch Starr, 49, Dies in Texas

Lynch Starr, 49, a former resident of Adair County died Jan. 17 of a heart attack in Fort Worth, Tex., it has been learned here. Services and burial were held in Lawton Jan. 20.

Starr, born Feb. 26, 1919, in Stilwell, lived in Adair County for many years before entering the Army. He served in the Army, beginning in World War II and continuing through the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Following his discharge as a staff sergeant in July, 1967, he had worked as an inspector at the American Manufacturing Co. in Fort Worth only a short time before he was fatally stricken.

He was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Blossom Starr of the home in Fort Worth; two daughters, Mrs. Joan Standifer, Castro Valley, Calif., and Mrs. Johnann Spell, Pueblo, Colo; four sisters, Hattie Liver, Tulsa, Emma Lena Nakedhead, Stilwell, and Mae Marie Starr and Vera Corrine Wiggins, both of Tulsa; one brother, Charley Joe Starr, Fort Worth; two half-sisters, Mrs. Lorene Sellers and Mrs. Norene Starr, both of Stilwell; and his uncle, Charley Starr, Stilwell, with whom he made his home while he was young.
