Stigler died on 25 January 1925 at Chillicothe Hospital, Chillicothe, Ross Co., OH, at age 43.

     Chester Eugene Stiles was born on 20 January 1917 at Garnett, Anderson Co., KS.^1,2 He was the son of Dewitt Mills Stiles and Elizabeth K. Simmermacher.¹ Chester Eugene Stiles married Charlotte Virginia Gelwix, daughter of Daniel Edmund Gelwix and Lotta Mary McDonald, after 16 October 1940, Charlotte and Chester were both residents of the same apartment building or rooming house in Kansas City, as of the 1940 census. She was a stenographer and he was an accountant. That is probably where they met. Chester listed his next-of-kin as his father on his WW II draft registration, 16 OCT 1940, Kansas City.³ Chester Eugene Stiles began military service on 27 February 1943 WW II service, U.S. Army, discharged 18 MAY 1946. He died in November 1986 at Sedgwick Co. (probably), KS, at age 69 per SSDI, last residence Wichita.

     Dewitt Mills Stiles was born on 4 November 1887 at Joliet, IL.¹ He married Elizabeth K. Simmermacher on 25 December 1913 at Arkansas Co., AR.
