(Switzer) Templeman.¹ He married Alma Grace Davault, daughter of Frederick Adolph Davault and Alma Sue Dyerly, on 5 April 1923. William Hovey Templeman was born in Carroll County, Mo., on Oct. 21, 1899 and died at Pratt, Kansas, on Nov. 27, 1930, aged 31 years, 1 month and 6 days.

He moved to Kingman with his parents in 1904 and then to Wellsford, Kan. In 1905 and to Pratt county in 1910.

He was baptised into the Church of Christ by Evangalist (sic) B. F. Martin in 1914 and has been an ardent and successful worker in that church up to the time of his death.

He was married on April 5, 1923 to Alma Grace Devault, eldest daughter of Mrs. Fred Devault of 706 West Third street in this city. To this union three children were born, Claude William, 6 years of age; Alma Jean, 4 years of age and Barbara Ann 18 months of age.

He is survived by his wife, Grace Templeman and three children, one sister, Miss May Templeman of Wichita, his mother-in-law, Mrs. Fred Davault, five sisters-in-law and husbands as follows: Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Lynch of Minneola, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Brehm of Pratt, Misses Opal, Margaret and Dorothy Davault and one brother-in-law, Homer Davault, all of whom have been tied together with Hovey in the bonds of love and affection as would his own blood relation be.

Many other relatives and friends mourn the loss of a sterling young gentleman and a noble Christian character.

Hovey was well known among the people of the Church Of Christ here in Greensburg, as he frequently attended church here and taught the Sunday night Bible Study Class during the past summer.

He is greatly missed at this place as well as at Pratt where he held his membership.--Con.

     Ernest Justin Templin was born on 20 November 1912 at Anamosa, Jones Co., IA. He was the son of Lauren Herbert Templin and Maisie Harrison. Ernest Justin Templin died in June 1983 at Colton, San Bernardino Co., CA, at age 70.

     Lauren Herbert Templin married Maisie Harrison, daughter of Ernest Wyant Harrison and Liona Levisa Walbridge, on 2 September 1911.

     Malinda Templin was born on 18 April 1825 at Tennessee. She married James M. Mauk, son of Samuel Mauk and Mary Broyles, in 1843. Malinda Templin died in 1892. She was buried in 1892 at Mauk Cemetery, Washington Co., TN, Findagrave #15113987.

     Samuel Templin Jr. was born on 19 May 1776 at Frederick Co., MD. He married Priscilla McCray. Samuel Templin Jr. died on 8 December 1807 at age 31.

     Susan Templin was also known as "Susie". She was born on 2 January 1847 at Shamokin, Northumberland Co., PA. She was the daughter of John Templin and Hannah Arter. Susan Templin married Jacob Huppert, son of Heinrich Gerhard Huppert and Anna Margaretha Bauer, on 15 October 1865 at Will Co., IL, Will County, Illinois Marriage License No. 2257. Susan Templin died on 19 August 1924 at La Porte City, Black Hawk Co., IA, at age 77. She was buried in August 1924 at Westview Cemetery, La Porte City, Black Hawk Co., IA.

     John Alexander Tener was born on 3 September 1885 at Ohio.¹ He married Lula Ann Travis. John Alexander Tener died on 24 July 1963 at age 77. He was buried in July 1963 at Hillside Cemetery, Purcell, McClain Co., OK, Findagrave #131609134.

     Lura Mae Tener was born on 15 July 1920 at Wayne, McClain Co., OK.¹ She was the daughter of John Alexander Tener and Lula Ann Travis. Lura Mae Tener married Alvie Vernon Price, son of Elmer S. Lura Mae Price, 90, of Norman, OK was welcomed into the arms of her Savior on August 13, 2010.

She is survived by her children, JoNell Lunow and husband, Gary of Moore; son, Jerry Don Price and wife, Martha of Norman; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lula Tener; husband, Alvie Price, two sisters and two brothers.

She was a homemaker, a Sunday School teacher for many years, an Oklahoma Sooners Football Fan and a St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Fan.

The family will greet friends on Monday, August 16, 2010, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.

Funeral services will be held at the Immanuel Baptist Church, 715 East Eufaula, Norman, OK on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 10:00 am.

Burial will conclude in Sunset Memorial Park under the direction of the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman.

     Gertrude Edith Tenk was born on 19 October 1895 at Illinois.¹ She was the daughter of Rudolph H. Tenk and Anna Agnes Hagel. Gertrude Edith Tenk married Mark Albert Penick, son of Franklin Jacob Penick and Mary Neva Larimore. Gertrude Edith Tenk died on 27 November 1974 at Quincy, Adams Co., IL, at age 79 dates per SSDI, last residence Quincy. She was buried in 1974 at Woodland Cemetery, Quincy, Adams Co., IL.

     Rudolph H. Tenk was born on 2 April 1872 at Quincy, Adams Co., IL. He married Anna Agnes Hagel on 21 November 1894 at Mt. Sterling, Brown Co., IL. Rudolph H. Tenk died on 18 July 1946 at Quincy, Adams Co., IL, at age 74. He was buried in July 1946 at Calvary Cemetery, Quincy, Adams Co., IL.

     Marilyn E. Tenley was born in 1923. She married Joseph Allan Gamble, son of Edward William Leroy Gamble and Barbara Elizabeth Svoboda. Marilyn E. Tenley died on 16 December 1991.      Reba Lee Tenney was born on 19 August 1928 at Montalba, Anderson Co., TX. She married Raymon Leroy Munsinger, son of Earl Charles Munsinger and Lula Belle Taylor, on 9 September 1980 at Anderson Co., TX. Reba Lee Tenney died on 2 April 1996 at Tyler, Smith Co., TX, at age 67. She was buried in April 1996 at Garden Of Memories, Elkhart, Anderson Co., TX, Findagrave #21245197.

     Ruth C. Tenney was born on 16 July 1885 at North Dakota. She was the daughter of George C. Tenney and Elsie L. Shepard. Ruth C.      Earl G. Terbovitz was born on 1 February 1919 at Blaine Co., MT. He was the son of Michael E. Terbovitz and Minnie May Shankle. Earl G. Terbovitz began military service WW II service, U.S. Army.      Harold Stevens Terbovitz was born on 4 May 1924 at Montana.¹ He was the son of Michael E. Terbovitz and Minnie May Shankle.¹ Harold Stevens Terbovitz began military service on 13 July 1943 WW II service, enlisted, U.S. Navy. He ended military service on 7 April 1946; Discharged.      Michael E. Terbovitz was born on 29 January 1887 at Dalmatia WW II draft registration. He married Minnie May Shankle, daughter of Isaac Miller Shankle and Rachel Louella Roush, on 29 December 1917 at Chinook, Blaine Co., MT. Michael E. Terbovitz lived in 1942 at Lohman, Blaine Co., MT, WW II draft registration. He died on 7 March 1968 at Hill Co., MT, at age 81.

RUSHVILLE - Helen D. Pigg, 81, of Rushville died at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 1991, at her residence.
Born June 20, 1910, in Vermont, Ill., to Lawrence and Dovie Hopping Termin, she married Freiley L. Pigg on March 17, 1927, in Keokuk, Iowa. He died Sept. 18, 1975. One son, Richard, one daughter, Mary Fuqua, two brothers, two sisters, one grandson and one great-grandson preceded her in death.
Surviving are one son, Robert of Lakewood, Colo; two daughters, Mrs. Norman (Ruth) McMillen and Mrs. Robert (Linda) Ward, both of Rushville; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women's Society, Woodstock Home Extension, and was active in the Schuyler County Senior Citizens Club.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Roby Funeral Chapel, Rushville, the Rev. William Hesseldenz officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the chapel. Burial will be in Rushville City Cemetery.

     Clarence Terpsma was born on 15 July 1900 at Adams, Gage Co., NE. He married Carrie Pearl Faulhaber, daughter of Theodore Robert Faulhaber and Mary Etta Barr, on 21 February 1923. Clarence Terpsma died on 2 February 1961 at age 60. He was buried in February 1961 at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, Lincoln, Lancaster Co., NE.

     Lloyd Clarence Terpsma was born on 25 February 1924 at Adams, Gage Co., NE. He was the son of Clarence Terpsma and Carrie Pearl Faulhaber. Lloyd Clarence Terpsma married Lorene Jeanette Beethe on 8 October 1948.
