FRANKLIN TWP. -- Mass for Mrs. Elinor A. Noffsinger, 47, will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church, where she was a member. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Mrs. Noffsinger, of 524 Sturgeon Dr., died Thursday in Barberton Citizens Hospital after a short illness.
Born in Akron, she was a former Poisky food service employe.

DEATH CLAIMS JAMES P. BLINE

After a long illness, James P. Bline, husband of Emma Bline, died yesterday after making his home here for the past 45 years.

Bline resided on a ranch on the Guerneville highway until a few yaers ago, when he moved to town. A native of Ohio, he first came to Santa Rosa in 1903. He was born August 2, 1866.

Surviving are his widow and children, James W. Bline and Mrs. Elizabeth McInnis of Vallejo, Mrs. Jeanette Davis of San Francisco, Mrs. Grayce Moore of Alameda, and Mrs. Dorothy Wymore of Santa Rosa.

The Santa Rosa Odd Fellows' Lodge, of which Bline was a pioneer member, will conduct funeral rites Saturday at 11 a.m., from Welti Funeral Parlors. The Rev. Robert Mathews will officiate, and interment will be held in I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Bline also belonged to Rosewood Camp, Woodmen of the World.
