     Marilyn Kinney Triem was born on 28 August 1933 at Des Moines, Polk Co., IA, Alaska State Archives; Juneau, Alaska; Marriage License Docket, 1956 - 1956; Reference Number: VS 1026 (Ancestry.com.)¹ She was the daughter of Edward Louis Triem and Theodora Frances Waggoner.¹ Marilyn Kinney Triem married Clifford John Wenzlick, son of Anthony J. Wenzlick and Agnes (?), on 21 June 1956 at Fairbanks North Star Borough, AK, license date.
Note: the birth dates of Grant and Diann indicate that one or both were not a biological child of Marilyn. It is possible that some or all of the children listed in Clifford's newspaper obituary were adopted. DLB 2020.

     Martha Triem was born on 31 December 1912. She was the daughter of Otto Triem and Emma Jung.

     Martha Faye Triem was born on 10 August 1895 at Omaha, Douglas Co., NE. She was the daughter of Harrie B. Triem Sr. and Anna Jane Laney. Martha Faye Triem married Herb Carter circa 1918. Martha Faye Triem died on 1 June 1943 at New Orleans, Orleans Par., LA, at age 47.

     Mary Triem was born. She was the daughter of Rev. Clinton John Wesley Triem and Addie M. Lashawa. Mary Triem died before 4 June 1900.
Note: This child is not found in any census or findagrave.com in Iowa, Kansas, or Missouri, and may not have existed. The 1900 census shows Addie had three children born, none living, however her three adopted children are listed. The 1910 census shows three children born, all living, so I believe she was counting the three adopted children, and that there was no fourth child. DLB 2017.

     Mary Catherine Triem was born in 1840 at Stark Co., OH.¹ She was the daughter of Peter Triem and Maria Margaretha Chollage. Mary Catherine Triem married Levi L. McBride, son of Henry Benjamin McBride and Christina Radabach, on 25 January 1857 at Will Co., IL. Mary Catherine Triem died on 7 April 1886 date is shown in Levi McBride's pension application.

     Mary E. Triem was born on 26 March 1857 at Wheatland, Will Co., IL.^1,2 She was the daughter of Ludwig Triem and Elizabeth Huppert. Mary E. Triem was buried in 1891 at Westview Cemetery, La Porte City, Black Hawk Co., IA. She died in 1891 at Black Hawk Co., IA.

     Matthias Triem was born on 7 June 1711 at Bechhofen, Palatinate (now Rhein-Pfalz), Germany. He was the son of Ludwig Peter Triem and Anna Margarethe Juslen. Matthias Triem died on 8 November 1763 at Bechhofen, Palatinate (now Rhein-Pfalz), Germany, at age 52.

     Maurice O. Triem was born on 13 July 1910. He was the son of Charles E. Triem and Mary Helen Owings. Maurice O. Triem married Irene Light. Maurice O. Triem died on 6 October 1954 at age 44.

     Michael Triem was born on 7 October 1675. He was the son of Peter Triem and Anna Barbara Collet. Michael Triem died on 8 February 1735 at Homburg, Palatinate, at age 59.

     Michael Dale Triem was born on 19 February 1953 at Leavenworth, Leavenworth Co., KS. He was the son of Harold James Triem and Wanda Lee Slavens. Michael Dale Triem died on 1 October 2014 at age 61

Michael Dale Triem, 61, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on October 1, 2014. He was born to Harold and Wanda Triem on February 19, 1953 in Leavenworth, Kansas.

He served in the United States Army for 20 years and spent most of his military career overseas. He enjoyed living in other countries and experiencing a variety of cultures.

He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and had a second career after the military assisting Federal inmates readjust to life after prison. He had a passion for working with the less fortunate members of society and believed in letting people have a second chance.

Mike was an avid collector of political campaign buttons and militaria. He spent many Saturday mornings scanning yard sales and swap meets looking for that "special treasure". He enjoyed a little sideline selling interesting curios at a local antique mall.

He appreciated early blues music and had an inquisitive interest in Japanese literature.

He coached Little League baseball and basketball for a number of years and taught Sunday school to 3-year olds.

He is survived by Clara, his wife of 33 years, and his son Michael. Other survivors include four brothers and one sister: Harold James Triem, Jr. of Tucson; Anthony Richard Triem of Las Vegas; Gwendolyn Sue Potthoff of Globe, AZ; William Milo Triem of Palm Springs, CA and Terry Neil Triem of Rockwall, TX, along with several nieces and nephews.


He was buried in October 2014 at East Lawn Palms Cemetery and Mortuary, Tucson, Pima Co., AZ, Findagrave #136768424.

     Mildred Triem was also known as "Millie". She was born on 18 July 1882 at La Porte City, Black Hawk Co., IA. She was the daughter of Lewis L. Triem and Emma Jane Adams. Mildred Triem lived at Waterloo, Black Hawk Co., IA. She died in 1955 at Waterloo, Black Hawk Co., IA. She was buried in 1955 at Westview Cemetery, La Porte City, Black Hawk Co., IA, Findagrave #17766504.

     Milo Triem was born on 25 May 1885 at Mount Auburn, Benton Co., IA. He was the son of Philip H. Triem and Alzina Julia Webster. Milo Triem married Daisy Lee Rogers in 1917. Milo Triem died on 11 May 1954 at Springfield, Greene Co., MO, at age 68. He was buried in May 1954 at Eastlawn Cemetery, Springfield, Greene Co., MO, Findagrave #17766103.

     Mina Triem was born on 18 November 1906 at Krähenberg, Rhein-Pfalz, Germany. She was the daughter of Friedrich Triem and Anna Triem. Mina Triem married Karl Jung on 31 March 1928. Mina Triem died on 17 September 1964 at Krähenberg, Rhein-Pfalz, Germany, at age 57.

     Myrtle M. Triem was born circa 1885 at Kansas.¹ She was the daughter of Wilson D. Triem and Mary L. Newell.

     Nickel Triem was born in 1580. He married Kette Buch after 1600 at Dudweiler, Palatinate. Nickel Triem died in March 1653 at Dudweiler, Palatinate.

     Nicola Triem was born in 1835. He was the son of Heinrich Jakob Triem and Charlotta Kraus.

     Orville Triem was born on 28 March 1918 at Monee, Will Co., IL.¹ He was the son of Otto Triem and Anna Marie Mathies.¹ Orville Triem died in January 1981 at Monee, Will Co., IL, at age 62.

     Otto Triem was born on 12 September 1884 at Krähenberg, Rhein-Pfalz, Germany. He was the son of Philipp Triem and Apollonia Vollmar. Otto Triem married Emma Jung. Otto Triem died on 18 December 1950 at age 66.

     Otto Triem was born on 27 November 1919 at Krahenberg, Rhein-Pfalz, Germany. He was the son of Friedrich Triem and Anna Triem. Otto Triem married Frieda Blinn, daughter of Edmund Blinn and Emilie Triem. Otto Triem died on 29 December 2004 at Krahenberg, Rhein-Pfalz, Germany, at age 85.

     Otto Triem was born on 6 August 1893 at Krähenberg, Rhein-Pfalz, Germany. He was the son of Peter Triem and Julianna Lauer. Otto Triem died on 30 September 1918 at Verdun, France, at age 25.

     Paul Donald Triem was born on 9 January 1927 at South Dakota. He was the son of Harrison Edward Triem and Katherine Alice King. Paul Donald Triem lived in 1935 at Custer, Custer Co., SD. He began military service on 11 June 1945 at Ft. Snelling, MN, Enlisted. He lived in 1993 at Eugene, Lane Co., OR. He died on 15 April 2012 at age 85.

     Paul Ellsworth Triem was born on 4 March 1882 at Manchester, Black Hawk Co., IA. He was the son of Dr. Peter Ellsworth Triem and Mary Augusta Dewey. Paul Ellsworth Triem married Wilhelmina Elizabeth Wetzstein, daughter of John W. Wetzstein and Anna Gertrude Schuchart, on 26 February 1903 at Dubuque Co., IA, Ceremony by Rev. J. Millen Robinson, M.G. Paul Ellsworth Triem lived on 27 April 1910 at 7516 Sunnyside Avenue, Seattle, King Co., WA, writer for newspaper.¹ He lived on 15 January 1920 at 6545 Alki Avenue, Seattle, King Co., WA, unemployed, married, his mother and two sons were in the household, Minnie was not.² He married Eva Plotnik, daughter of Nathan Plotnik and Rosa Stern. Paul Ellsworth Triem died on 14 April 1976 at Seattle, King Co., WA, at age 94.

     Peter Triem was also known as Johann Peter. He was born on 3 June 1795 at Krähenberg, Palatinate.¹ He was the son of Peter Triem and Eva Maria Hofmann. Peter Triem was christened on 6 June 1795 at Evangelical Church, Wiesbach, Palatinate;

     Peter Triem was also known as Johann Peter. He was born on 28 December 1756 at Käshofen, Palatinate. He was the son of Jacob Triem and Anna Barbara Blinn. Peter Triem married Eva Elisabetha Denni, daughter of Peter Denni, on 19 March 1781 at Käshofen, Palatinate (now Rhein-Pfalz), Germany.¹ Peter Triem married Eva Maria Hofmann, daughter of Paulus Hofmann and Maria Anna Blinn, on 8 April 1792. Peter Triem died on 14 February 1825 at Krähenberg, Palatinate, at age 68.

     Peter D. Triem was born on 30 April 1927. He was the son of Paul Ellsworth Triem and Eva Plotnik.

Dr. Peter Ellsworth Triem was graduated in 1872 at Northwestern College, Plainfield (now Naperville), Will Co., IL. He was graduated in 1874 at Hahnemann Medical College, Chicago, Cook Co., IL.
