Judith Mae Turner, age 74, of Lynchburg, passed away Friday, January 3, 2014 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington. She was born January 19, 1939 in Lynchburg, the daughter of the late Woodrow W. and Mabel Fern Snyder Williams.

She was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Lynchburg where she served as treasurer of the Ladies Planning Committee. Judy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband Roger H. Turner to whom she married February 27, 1960 in Lynchburg; daughter Pamela Jane Turner; granddaughter Taylor Lee Turner; sisters Janet (Charles) Winkle and Carol Woodmansee; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, James Williams; brother-in-law, Milton Woodmansee; and nephew Jack Griffith.

Memorial services will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Lynchburg. Pastor Bob Skipper will officiate. There will be a visiting hour prior to the service from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Ladies Planning Committee, St. Paul Lutheran Church P.O. Box 441, Lynchburg, Ohio 45142.

On June 16, 1984 in Lima, Ohio, she married Dean McCombs, who survives in Harrod, Ohio. Mrs. McCombs was a 1982 graduate of Lima Christian Academy. She was a member of First Missionary Church. She volunteered with the Girl Scouts and at Allen East Middle School in the Ohio Reads program. She enjoyed family activities, camping and church activities. Lillian Amanda Cohea, 82, formerly of 1822 Blake Blvd. SE, died Thursday at her son's home in Bangor, Pa., where she had resided for three months.

Born May 10, 1898 at Morley, she was married to William H. Cohea in Cedar Rapids in 1916. He died in 1969.

Surviving are one son, the Rev. William H. Cohea Jr. of Bangor, Pa; one daughter, Lucille Mikesell of Cedar Rapids; one sister, Clara Thurston of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
