Ellen Lilah Osburn, 83, Payette, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004, in a Payette care center. Funeral services were Dec. 28 at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Payette. Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery, Payette. Funeral services and arrangements were under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette.

     Elmer E. Windle was born on 19 October 1862 at Columbiana Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Augustine Windle and Hannah Lehman.¹ Elmer E. Windle married Laura I. Rupert, daughter of Reuben Rupert and Mary A. (?), on 11 September 1884. Elmer E. Windle died on 3 February 1918 at age 55.

     Elmer Ellsworth Windle was born on 2 April 1907 at Nelsonville, Athens Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Lewis Franklin Windle and Harriet Hounstine.¹ Elmer Ellsworth Windle married Margaret Ellen Saxon, daughter of Jasper Alvero Saxon and Estella Wright, on 10 December 1928.² Elmer Ellsworth Windle died in February 1971 at Nelsonville, Athens Co., OH, at age 63.

Windle and Susan Lovern.¹ Elvira Virginia Windle married Decatur Ford Owen, son of James C. Owen and Mary C. Elvira Virginia Windle married Van Doren Ward, son of John Ward and Martha Sears, circa 1927 at Okfuskee Co., OK.
