Mrs. Fusselman retired as office manager from S.S. Kresge's Warehouse and had worked as a secretary, both at Baer Field, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville, and its Altar Rosary Society, and had been a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bluffton, Ind.
Survivors also include four sisters, Alvera (Norb) Stippich of Lima, Alma (Ed) Schnipke of Ottawa and Alice (Justin) Wannemacher and Sylvia (Bill) Horstman, both of Ottoville.
She was preceded in death by a brother Albert Wittler; and two sisters, Irene Wittler and Eleanor Wittler-Gordon.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville. The Rev. Sylvan Obergfell will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Fort Jennings.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Kolkmeyer-Helmkamp-Orians Funeral Home, Ottoville, where a parish wake service will be held at 8 p.m., and until time of services Saturday at the church.

Mr. Wittwer was a graduate of Berne high school. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War Conflict. Mr. Wittwer was the former owner of Wittwer Auto Sales in Bluffton and also worked at Case Trucking, Hoosier Condensery, Kaade Motors and Larry Hiday Motors all of Bluffton.
He had been a member of the Grover Sheets American Legion Post #111 of Bluffton for over 50 years. Mr. Wittwer had been a lifetime resident of the Berne and Bluffton areas.

He was united in marriage to Mary Marie Souders on Nov. 27, 1948, and to this union two sons were born. Norman served his country proudly in the Navy during World War II. He worked for 20 years with International Shoes and 17 years at Schweitzer Manufacturing.
Norman Walter Witzke was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Elmer and Luther Witzke, and sister Linda Vogt.
Norman Walter Witzke will be sadly missed by his wife of 55 years, Mary Marie Souders, of St. James; children Charles and wife Kathleen Witzke, of Edwardsville, Illinois, and David Lee Witzke, of Minneapolis, Minnesota; grandchildren Lark Ellen, Barbara Madonna, Angela Marie, Miranda Lynn, Serena Suzette, Amber Marie, Morgan Olympia and Charles Ryan; great-grandchildren Mason K., Andrew J., Brittany M. and Tyler T; many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Services for Norman Walter Witzke will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 27, 2004 at the James and Gahr Chapel in St. James with Rev. Jerry Baumann officiating. Music will be provided by Connie and Hal Rhea. Interment will be in the Ozark Memorial Gardens with a full military service.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today (Feb. 26) at the James and Gahr Chapel in St. James.
