     Hal Raymond Brumbach was born on 30 April 1896 at Ilwaco, Pacific Co., WA.¹ He was the son of Jeremiah Jerrus Brumbach and Alma Frances Von Stein. Hal Raymond Brumbach married Vera Irene Baker, daughter of George Wesley Baker and Sarah Elizabeth Hall, on 16 July 1916 at Ilwaco, Pacific Co., WA. Hal Raymond Brumbach lived in January 1920 at Long Beach, Pacific Co., WA.² He lived in April 1930 at Sound Ridge Road, Seaview, Pacific Co., WA.³ He died on 20 January 1940 at Ilwaco, Pacific Co., WA, at age 43.

     Hannes Brumbach was born at Muesen, Nassau-Siegen (now Nordrhein-Westfalen). He was the son of Jost Brumbach and Elsbeth (?) Hannes Brumbach married Trin Netelen in 1600 at Muesen, Nassau-Siegen (now in Nordrhein-Westfalen), Germany. Hannes Brumbach died between 1605 and 1666.

     Hans Brumbach was born circa 1565 at Muesen, Nassau-Siegen (now in Nordrhein-Westfalen), Germany. He was the son of Jost Brumbach and Elsbeth (?) Hans Brumbach married Enchgen Almecher, daughter of Hans Almecher, in 1588, Shons Hans in der Brumbach, as he was referred to in the late sixteenth century, and Enchgen had 13 children born between 1590 and 1615, but most died in childhood, three of them in the plague of 1599. At least four sons survived them, two of whom were named Jost. Hans was still living in 1639, the last year he is mentioned in the church register. Toward the end of his life he was referred to simply as Hans Brumbach.² Hans Brumbach died after 1639 at Muesen, Nassau-Siegen (now in Nordrhein-Westfalen), Germany.
