     Joseph Parrett Bush was born on 27 December 1826 at Ross Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Philip Bush and Rebecca Parrett.¹ Joseph Parrett Bush married Catharine Strain, daughter of Dr. Andrew W. Strain and Susan W. Pearce, on 10 October 1862 at Boone Co., IN, license dated 7 OCT 1862.²
Note: The 1880 census shows Sarah and Horace Bush living with their aunt Cynthia. They are shown as "daughter" and "son", but clearly this was Cynthia, daughter of Philip and Rebecca Bush, and the children are a perfect match to the son and daughter of her brother Joseph Bush. DLB 2010.

Bush married Eliza Lannum, daughter of William Lannum and Mary (?), on 17 April 1873 at Clinton Co., IN.³ Joseph W. Bush died on 23 March 1900 at Perry Twp., Franklin Co., IN, at age 51.

     Juliana Bush was born circa 1873 at Perry Twp., Clinton Co., IN.¹ She was the daughter of William Bush and Rachel A. Basley.¹

     Mary Florence Bush was born on 28 September 1853.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. Andrew Bush and Mary A. Baugh.¹ Mary Florence Bush married Morton L. Montgomery, son of John Leonard Montgomery and Catharine Rush, in 1874.¹ Mary Florence Bush died on 20 November 1914 at age 61.¹

     Mary J. Bush was born circa 1867 at Perry Twp., Clinton Co., IN.¹ She was the daughter of William Bush and Rachel A. Basley.¹

     Mary Jane Bush was born on 14 April 1831 at Tippecanoe Co., IN.¹ She was the daughter of Philip Bush and Rebecca Parrett.¹ Mary Jane Bush married Charles S. Harper on 19 February 1857 at Clinton Co., IN.² Mary Jane Bush died on 15 February 1901 at Tippecanoe Co., IN, at age 69.

     Matilda A. Bush was born on 7 February 1829 at Tippecanoe Co., IN. She was the daughter of Philip Bush and Rebecca Parrett. Matilda A. Bush married Samuel F. Parker on 11 July 1849 at Clinton Co., IN.¹ Matilda A. Bush married William Oliver Parke, son of Joseph Parke and Susan Hill, on 11 March 1858 at Clinton Co., IN. Matilda A. Bush lived on 4 June 1880 at Baxter Springs, Cherokee Co., KS.² She died on 14 February 1911 at Galena, Cherokee Co., KS, at age 82. She was buried in February 1911 at Galena Cemetery, Galena, Cherokee Co., KS, Findagrave #22273926.

     Michael Bush was born on 24 March 1825 at Ross Co., OH. He was the son of Philip Bush and Rebecca Parrett.

     Philip Bush was born on 11 March 1800 at Virginia. He was the son of Michael Bush. Philip Bush married Rebecca Parrett, daughter of Joseph Parrett and Anna Maria Wendel, on 16 August 1820 at Washington Court House, Fayette Co., OH. Philip Bush died on 12 March 1875 at Perry Twp., Clinton Co., IN, at age 75.

Bush married Miriam Elizabeth Horner, daughter of Truman Eldon Horner and Carrie May McLaughlin, on 20 June 1922 at Indiana, license date. Russell J.      Samuel T. Bush was born on 24 June 1852 at Clinton Co., IN. He was the son of Adonijah Bush and Elcie Tharp. Samuel T. Bush married Amanda C. Davis on 23 December 1875 at Clinton Co., IN.¹

     Sarah Elizabeth Bush was born on 1 March 1846 at Clinton Co., IN. She was the daughter of Adonijah Bush and Elcie Tharp. Sarah Elizabeth Bush died on 17 February 1850 at Clinton Co., IN, at age 3.

     Sarah J. Bush was born in 1865 at Colfax, Clinton Co., IN.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Parrett Bush and Catharine Strain.¹ Sarah J. Bush married Enzly L. Cory, son of Erasmus Cory and Susannah Folk. Sarah J. Bush died in 1947 at Boone Co., IN. She was buried in 1947 at Plainview Cemetery, Colfax, Clinton Co., IN, Findagrave #66931591.

     Susannah Bush was born on 24 March 1823 at Ross Co., OH. She was the daughter of Philip Bush and Rebecca Parrett.
Note: A Clinton County, Indiana, marriage record shows a Susannah Bush marriage to William Dunbar, 13 JAN 1842. But cannot find this couple in 1850 or 1850 censuses -- it seems likely this was Phillip Bush's daughter.

     William Bush was born on 16 June 1844 at Clinton Co., IN.¹ He was the son of Adonijah Bush and Elcie Tharp.¹ William Bush married Rachel A. Basley on 12 October 1865 at Clinton Co., IN.²

     William Ed Bush was born in 1866. He married Laura M. Koogler, daughter of George Franklin Koogler and Elizabeth Andrews, on 28 January 1891. William Ed Bush died on 11 March 1936.

     Clarence Roswell Bushman was born on 16 June 1888 at Ellsberry, Brown Co., OH. He was the son of John C. Bushman and Sophia Payne. Clarence Roswell Bushman married Sarah V. Housh. Clarence Roswell Bushman and Sarah V. Housh were divorced. Clarence Roswell Bushman died on 11 June 1959 at age 70. He was buried in June 1959 at Pisgah Ridge Cemetery, Levanna, Brown Co., OH, Findagrave #133049718.

James E. "Jim" Bushman, age 73 of Cincinnati, died August 15, 2018. Jim was the beloved husband of Barbara, father of Ross (Stacy) and Lee (Alison), and loving grandfather of Amy, Emma, Cooper, Carson and Addyson Bushman. He is survived by four of his brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Jim served his community for a number of years, having led multiple business entities including his ownership of Cast-Fab Technologies, Inc. Jim served on the Board of Directors of 17 For-Profit companies during his career. His love for the Cincinnati community was great- leading him to serve on 15 Civic and Charitable Boards. His two favorites were the Hamilton County Park Board and The Christ Hospital Board-Jim served for 22 years on the Christ Board, including as its Chairman from 1996-1999. While Jim had an insatiable love for Business and Strategy, he had a passion for two things- fly fishing and joke telling. On many occasions, after a good day on the river, Jim could be found holding court going joke for joke with the best of them. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be at Mt. Washington Presbyterian Church 6474 Beechmont Ave. Cincinnati, 45230 on Fri. August 24, at 1 PM. A reception and receiving line will be held at The Queen City Club on Fri. from 2:30-5:30 PM. For those that knew Jim-a flute player will be part of the service. The Queen City Club is located at 331 East 4 th Street, Cincinnati, 45202. (probably), OH; age four yeas as of the 4 JUL 1850 census of Clermont County, son of John and Elizabeth (Calvin) Bushman. 1900 census shows 1850.¹ He married Sophia Payne, daughter of George Payne and Margaret (?), on 18 February 1881 at Brown Co., OH. John C. Bushman died on 1 November 1916 at Brown Co., OH, at age 70; probably buried at Pisgah Ridge Cemetery, where his wife was buried in 1922.

     Leon L. Bushman was born on 31 March 1913 at Brown Co., OH. He was the son of Clarence Roswell Bushman and Sarah V. Housh. Leon L. Bushman married Hazel Elnore Denney in February 1931 at Kenton Co., KY; license issue reported in the 23 FEB 1931 edition of The Kentucky Post and Times-Star, page 4. Leon L. Bushman died on 1 June 1998 at Springdale, Hamilton Co., OH, at age 85. He was buried in June 1998 at Laurel Memorial Gardens, Symmes, Hamilton Co., OH, Findagrave #86437294.

     Norma Lee Bushman was born on 11 October 1931 at Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OH. She was the daughter of Leon L. Bushman and Hazel Elnore Denney. Norma Lee Bushman married Theodore Sarosy Sr. on 19 January 1952. Norma Lee Bushman died on 10 February 2010 at Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OH, at age 78

SAROSY, Norma Lee of Cincinnati died Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Christ Hospital after a short battle with lung cancer. Born in Cincinnati on October 11, 1931, to Hazel and Leon Bushman, she married Theodore Sarosy in 1952 and together they raised six children. She worked for the Kroger Co. for many years until retirement then took her store management skills to Jungle Jim's International Market where she was employed until she became ill. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Shirley Bushman Harris. Surviving are her husband and children, Theodore (Pamela) Sarosy, Jr., Terry Sarosy, Teya Salter, Tamra Sarosy, Todd (Marie) Sarosy and Tyra (Rob Allen) Sarosy, her brothers Jim Bushman, Steve Bushman and Larry Bushman and sisters Beverly Anthony and Debra Kopena along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Grandchildren include Nikolas Sarosy, Bethany Sarosy Stebbins (Corey), Kyle Salter (Angie), Matthew Varelmann, Kati Sarosy Whitney (Josh), Eric Sarosy, Adam Sarosy, Erika Salter, Patrick Salter and great-grandson Jackson Whitney. Visitation will be at Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, OH, 45011, on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at noon with a memorial service immediately following at 1:00 PM.

     Andreas Bushong was born on 28 December 1773 at York Co., PA. He was the son of Johann Bushong and Elizabeth Sprinckel. Andreas Bushong married Elizabeth Carrier on 21 August 1796. Andreas Bushong died in April 1853 at Shenandoah Co., VA, at age 79.
