Survivors include a daughter, Gale Maynard and husband, Chuck of Marshfield; a son, Wade Youngblood and wife, Linda of Springfield; three grandchildren, Todd "Sparky" Maynard, Nathan Youngblood and Megan Youngblood; one great-granddaughter, Hailie Maynard; four sisters; and many friends. A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21, from 2 to 4 p.m., in Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. Highway EE (Division), Springfield. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, September 22, at 2 p.m., with interment to follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
